I had a terrible experience at Grease Monkey. I went in expecting great service, but the boss was such a jerk! Instead of focusing on helping customers, they seemed more interested in snitching on their employees and creating a tense atmosphere. It’s clear that this place lacks proper management and support for their team. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values good service and a friendly vibe. 👎

Staff was super friendly and inclusive 🌈. They were busy and I had 4 cars ahead of me but they still able to get me out with in an hour.

The last 3 times I’ve been here(fleet account so we are told to go here) the wait has been horrid. Fastest I’ve gotten through there is 45 mins. This visit I was charged for every filter possible without any consulting at all. $267 oil change! Get outta here with that. When I asked why it was so expensive he said beings you’re fleet we “just do that”

Customer Service was friendly, timely, made me feel like I mattered as a customer! However, the tech got greasy footprints on my floor carpet! Had it been a brand new vehicle I would have been very angry! They used to put down paper or plastic covers?????

Very friendly and quick service! Got my oil change done and great suggestions for personal vehicle care too. If I ever need services in the area again I’d come back! I also love that it was kid friendly considering.
