I'm not entirely sure why this became a bad experience. It seemed odd at the beginning when I went in with a broken tooth and was never offered any other option than a 7k implant, also with a "pretty much necessary" $1500 lazer cleaning. I had to call to get follow up from the first exam, which was another scheduled appointment to talk about the exam 3 weeks later. When I asked if there were other options, I was told we should wait to hear back on what my insurance may pick up... never heard from them again. That was nearly 2 and a half months ago.The dentist I worked with was very kind and informative, (Dr Patel). The new office representative I worked with on cost and insurance was snippy and consistantly spoke over me in response to me asking about other possible options. She definitely put out the "I have a sales quota to make, and I don't have time for you if you don't take the $1500 lazer cleaning" vibe for me.

Everyone in the office is always friendly, don't ever have to wait to be seen. A nice waiting room and exam rooms are always clean. Best teeth you will ever see.

I was a patient with them my whole life (25years), loved going to Kathy and never had issues until recently when they went under "business structure changes" and no longer accepted medicaid. I was told my upcoming appointment would be respected because it was made before the changes just to get a call back 5 min later saying they wouldn't see me. Office manager couldnt even give a good explanation besides the business changes. Extremely disappointed that they kept some patients and kicked others off without even considering how long anyone's been a patient with them. They clearly care more about making money off new patients instead of caring for their longstanding loyal ones.

Dr. Lundy and everybody in the office made my emergency visit today a breeze. They were very clear and concise. The office is clean and well organized, and everyone was concerned about my care and comfort. I will absolutely be back and will be bringing my family. This is a good safe place for those with dental anxiety.

Extremely upset with Greeley Dental Care. My daughter had a scheduled appointment today at 3:00 pm. took her out of school. I took time off this afternoon from my work to take my daughter to her scheduled appointment arrived early she did not get seen we walked out at 4:15 pm. I kept hearing my daughter’s rubber bands needed to be taken off, pictures taken then someone was going to come see her and nothing happened no one even bothered to come check on us. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never had any problem with Greeley Dental Care until today.

I would like to thank Dr Dhoon and his Dental team / Family for all the work you have done for me.If you are looking for the Best then Greeley Dental is with out the best.After so many things go wrong with Dental workI have found a team who treats you like your family. They take care of you like a family member. After almost 2 years I have no problems.For the first time in years I can smile.They have fixed all the bad work someone left me with.. All the broken teeth are fixed and beautiful. Thank you Greeley Dental. You are the best.

Everyone was so nice, and both doctors were friendly, kind and earned my trust! They showed they cared and was not in hurry to get me out. I like an environment that shows the importance of education.

It has been a very long time since seeing a dentist. Although I did not get the news I wanted, the staff did an excellent job on ensuring I was not only conformable, but educated as well! I have found my "forever" dentist, and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to any of my friends/family. Big thanks to all of the staff for the pleasant experience!

This place has the best people in the business, every single staff member from receptionist to the doctors. They have worked with me and taken amazing care of me from the very first visit even took care of all the insurance stuff. I have never been more proud of my smile and it is literally all thanks to Greeley Dental Care!

I have not actually been able to schedule an appointment with Greeley Dental Care yet, as they are not accepting new patients at this time but will be soon.This review is because when I called the lady I spoke with (Allie) was so extremely nice, easy to talk to and was so friendly about helping me get seen ASAP.I have a bad wisdom tooth situation going on and Allie was doing all she could to help me, she called me back right away when she realized they couldn't see me due to not accepting new patients right now.A friend recommended Greeley Dental Care, saying they are friendly and gentle (when discussing tooth removal). I look forward to becoming a patient here hopefully by the end of summer.
