Study room is always being used by staff for interviews! You can never use the room for studying without being kicked out! Utilized the several other rooms you have for interviews for gods sake! People have time limits!! And please fix the pool it's been inoperable for 2 months...

Great place, they have everything you'd expect at a rec center. Amazing gym, nice pool, sports courts, etc.

We took out a family membership so we could use the pool for non-impact exercise for my back recovery. Three weeks later, it's still closed and nobody has a clue what is wrong or when it will open. Or worse, they have been silenced. I'll change my rating once the city gets the issue fixed. At least I can go downtown to use the pool, not my preference however since scheduling is hard and the FunPlex is across the street from where I live.

Be careful reserving the fun plexFor a birthday party. Reserved a birthday party package. The fun plexStaff called me on a Friday before my sons party at the end of the business day and cancelled our party for pool maintenance. I get things happen. What is not ok is they hold your payment for 3 weeks even when cancelling due to their own fault or reason. Their staff showed zero care that by cancelling a child’s birthday and holding the payment could completely take the child’s birthday away by just assuming a whole second birthday party can be arranged with zero notice and without the funds they are holding. Change the policy. This is supposed to be a “family” center. Doesn’t seem to be.

I can only say a bit about this place. We went to the waterpark part of it and It was fun and my daughter loved it, she keeps asking to go back. But the upkeep of the park and the bathrooms here etc, are very poor. It was absolutely disgusting and dirty. There was some stuff leaking by the pool like mildew or mold. Super gross.

We were on vacation and found this gem online. The ticket prices are very reasonable and the kids had a blast on the slides and lazy river! Definitely worth a visit, great for rainy days!

Hidden gem of west Greeley. This place has many activities for adults and kids alike. The prices are very reasonable with many things to do in a family friendly environment. Highly recommend showing up and seeing what it's all about!

It's a great rec center. The water is sometimes cold but mostly warm. The family rooms are drafty and they collect water on the floor. Number two is the best one. The womens locker room is so cold and curtains in the showers are missing. We mostly go for swimming.

Love this place. Great value and great staff. The locker room and pool area are always very clean. Plus it's never too crowded when I go.

We found this as we were passing through the area. We were looking for something to do with 2 11 yr old boys on a cold day. What a great find! Only $5 per person and it provided hours of fun!

The splash pad for the kiddos had some pipes rusted and rust colored water near the stairs. The bathrooms smelled like cigarettes and the smoke detectors were torn out. We’ve started going to Windsor rec center as it’s much cleaner and better maintained.

Fun! Good prices. Was expecting the pool closure updates to include fixing the slide that has been broken for years and the water bucket but no. Just a new colored slide (same slide) and mural. But overall, kids love it. I love the steam room!

Kids went swimming while visiting from out of town. They had a great time. Bring own locks for the lockers though. Their stuff was gone through in the boys locker room, though they were smart enough not to have brought anything of value. Ages of my kids (6) were from 12 to 23, and they all loved it! Very economical activity on a cold winter day!

The water park was very nice bit when I asked the manager why older kids were playing on the little kids (ages 2, 3, & 4) swimming equipment....he said it was fine and there was no age limit in that swim area. But I saw a much older boy (about 11 or 12 yrs of age) plow right into my granddaughter- age 3...going down the slide ...I was not happy with his response...
