New to Greeley Nissan with acquisition of a 2022 Leaf. Recall provided an opportunity to schedule repair and have routine maintenance.Very pleased with Caleb. He explained everything to me when I scheduled the appointment and then repeated the explanation when I dropped off the car. Kept me informed of progress. When I picked up car, they had it plugged in and charging. Very satisfied with whole process.

The service department was beyond helpful during my time of need. They offered the best services at the best rate. Daniel took very good care of me and gave me options for new tires. He was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions. I will absolutely be going back in the future.

We had such a nice experience with Tanner, Victor, Rob, and Mike. Everyone that we had the pleasure of working with made us feel heard. They also understood our feelings, wants, and needs. They did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable as we were working through making a large decision of purchasing a vehicle. This is the second time I have worked with Caleb. He is not only friendly, but his customer service has gone above and beyond my expectations. He addressed my questions clearly and was also helpful in setting up the reminders in my vehicle settings since the technician didn't do it. So long as he is there, I will continue to have my vehicle serviced with Greeley Nissan!

My sales guy Jason was super friendly and professional. He took the time to work with me and eventually help me get into the vehicle I wanted. Steve whipped out the paperwork in no time and I left with a great SUV and a really fair price. Great team.

Outstanding service, as always. 60,000 mile service work was performed well and vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule. My service representative was highly knowledgeable and professional! I live in Estes Park, and for me, it’s worth driving to Greeley to have service work done at a place that I know will do it correctly and accordingly to Nissan factory service standards.

I had a great experience here. I worked closely with an associate named Joe Johnson. He was very Informative and helpful with every step of the process. They worked great as a team to help me get into a great car and find exactly what I was wanting out of a vehicle. Prices were great, they worked fast and efficiently as well and I will definitely be going back or recommending them for someone’s next vehicle purchase.

Update: When I didn't hear from them back, I went in the next day and talked to Anthony. He had me out and told me to bring back my car the following day which I did. He made good on his word and fixed the problem properly along with the great technician who worked on my car. Can't forget Daniel who always provides me with great service when I roll in. Thank-you for making everything good and right.Previous: In the past I've had great service, but this time around I'm very upset that I had to lower my star review. I went in about 2 weeks ago for an issue with my car, I specified what I thought it was and if they could check it and rule it out. They found something else which I got fixed and the same issue from before is still there. I called them and was told to bring it back because it was probably what I told them to check in the first place (brakes and rotors). When I mentioned that they told me they were going to figure it out and call me back, I'm still waiting. On top of that I place the order for the part they said was the issue. I called on a Thursday to be told it came in on Monday with no call to inform me. I had to rent a car for a week, for my safety and my family's until we got it fixed (thanks for making me spend more money). Guess in the long run it was a good idea seeing that they didn't fix the issue at hand.

Update: 9/8Spoke with Anthony, the service manager and he was very understanding and emphatic to the situation. He was very sincere in wanting to retain my business.Picked up the truck and the workmanship was flawless. The truck was clean and in the same condition as it was when I brought it in.Poor communication and terrible customer service!On 8/21 I brought my Titan to your service department for an engine knock.From 8/21 to 8/30, I made all of the calls for communication into the dealership except for 1, on 8/24, which was when Daniel called me to request maintenance records. From 8/24 to 8/30, I would call in once a day for an update. All I was told is “waiting on approval from the extended warranty company.” On 8/30, I went to the dealership during my lunch break after waiting on hold for 15 minutes and being told again that they were waiting on approval from the extended warranty company. I received the phone number for the warranty company from Brian, the service advisor and gave them a call. 3 rings and they answered the phone. Come to find out, the engine was delivered to the dealership that day! No one knew the engine was there and most likely wouldn’t have known about it for who knows how long. Brian stepped up to the plate, got the repair started, handled the communication from that point, and did a great job on calling me during the repair process. Here we are now 8 days later and I get a call that my pick up is done and ready for pick up. I ask about how much I owe on the invoice and they can’t tell me. I call again an hour later and sit on hold for 15 minutes. Daniel answers and says the invoice still not ready. He calls me back 20 minutes later and tells me the invoice is jacked up with items that wasn’t approved by me or the warranty company. How am I supposed to pick up my vehicle when my invoice isn’t ready?-Having to step in and call the warranty company to keep the ball rolling is unacceptable.-Poor communication is unacceptable.-Telling me my vehicle is ready and not being able to give me a dollar amount (which should only be my warranty deductible) is unacceptable.I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from this dealer group and I’m in the market for another one. This experience has ruined this relationship and I will be taking all of my automotive business elsewhere.

I have been on the hunt for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a while now. After finding one at Greeley dealership, I was put in contact with Allen. Allen was quick to answer all my questions, send me updated pictures along with all my other requests. Because I live in Chicago and am a fireman, Allen was able to work with my schedule to make the purchase possible. I give Nissan of Greeley 5 stars!!Great place to get a vehicle, new or used!Dylan was helpful on every level, he went out of his way to bring a vehicle I saw online from a sister lot and let me test drive both vehicles.I was working and didn’t have much time and Dylan acted fast and got the deal finalized very quickly.There was no question on the online price Vs the closing price and the transparency with the deal was comforting.The team as a whole were all professional and made me feel at home.Thank you Dylan and the Nissan of Greeley for the hospitality and getting me into a great vehicle.

Great service team! Went in just for an oil change and a tail light that went out and they help discuss other issues with my car that needed more assistance with. It was great. The team really cares about your well being and safety on the road.

The staff was super helpful and honest. We had a great car buying experience and felt like our business was valued. Our questions were answered and the vehicle was priced fairly. The fourth day we had our vehicle it wouldn’t start and had to jump it. We called the service department and they got us in right away and replaced the battery, at no charge.I’ve had issues in the past with dealerships being deceptive or not standing by their vehicles. This is NOT at all the case with Greeley Nissan, they are a professional business.I absolutely recommend this dealership for an excellent, honest car buying experience.

Super nice service people! They did a great job getting the recall on our truck taken care of! Also, very nice salesman showed me the new Rogues with no pressure to buy! I really appreciated the time he spent with me and will definitely return when I am ready to purchase!
