Reviewed their online inventory. Found a great used car. Called and asked for more info. NO response. Called back and spoke with a gentlemen twice and a third time to confirm the truck was on the lot. He confirmed. called my wife and told her to meet me at the dealership on our lunch. we got there, stood in front of the receiptionist for 10 mins while she ignored us. Finally someone came and asked if we had been helped. He went and found another gentlemen to help us. This is nearing 25 mins of standing. The two approached us to tell us the vehicle we had been told was there was not and blamed it on their "online team". Then asked us to look at their other overpriced vehicles after we had asked if their online inventory was accurate. Beware. Looks nice and professional from afar and just another sleazy car dealership upclose.

I was looking online and I called in about a car... I asked bottom line what's the out the door price... The price that I was given over the phone and the price that I was given in person was about a $3000 difference! And it was a drive to get to the dealership to even test drive the car. Before I went on a test drive said I would like your put the door number when I return When I got back the sales guy ace had not asked numbers for out the door price, proceeding to make me wait after I had made it clear I would want that number when I got back... this sales person was disrespectful throughout the experience he basically got me in the door and then upped the price, quest me and why I would need to think about this purchase trying to get me to fold. When I brought up the 3000 $ cost difference to the salesman, he became agitated, argumentative, and acted like a child saying we were on a recorded line! I did not say that! People like that are not going to get business when I say I need yo think on it and the slimy dealer who's only thinking about $$ in his pocket saying what is there to think about! And my first statement was well the price... This was not a person worth trying to negotiate with he wasted my time. He basically acted like a child and treated me very disrespectful. I would think that when you're trying to buy something, that's very expensive you would at least have the decency to be respectful. This place reminds me of blood suckers ... you walk in the door and they don't see a human all they see is money in their pocket & hurry up and buy the car without thinking about it how's that logical but then again the slimy salesman wasn't thinking about anyone but himself... Don't waste your time here! Steer clear of ace and you won't have your time wasted or end up with a slimy salesman who's having a tantrum when you try to attempt to negotiate. Was not worth the time!

Salesman Josh Clapper was excellent. Loved working with him. Not pushy, super friendly. Highly recommend buying a car from these guys!

Back in May 2021, our 2010 Nissan Sentra was dying and we knew it was time for a new car. We left our house with the intention of going out to buy a new car. We made our first stop at a different Northern Colorado Subaru dealership- the first thing we noticed when we pulled up is that they had basically no cars in the lot. When we walked in the salesman was very off putting- basically "I don't have any cars and I can't help you." I shrugged and figured they DIDNT want to sell a car so we walked out of the first dealership. Called Greeley Subaru instead and got Blaine Trimbach on the phone. It was a night and day difference in terms of him being helpful, friendly, informative. We wanted a Crosstrek and Greeley Subaru DID have Crosstreks in stock to sell so we drove out to Greeley. It was a great all around car buying experience from him giving us a tour of the Crosstrek, getting us a very competitive rate on financing, our two year old was getting antsy during the extended paperwork part of any car buying transaction- they got her colors and snacks so we could get the paperwork done. We love the Crosstrek and have already put more than 3000+ miles on it so I have also taken it for service at Greeley Subaru for oil change and can say they have an excellent service department as well as sales. I will continue to drive it out to Greeley for service even though there is another Subaru dealership closer to home. You won't regret buying your car at Greeley Subaru!

Greeley Subaru is the worst car experience that we have had. They provided us with a new car with scratches, then ruined the paint due to a technician spilling paint thinner on the handle, which took over a month to resolve. After getting oil changes done there, we've found grease all over the leather. Just recently they did some buffing of minor light scratches and returned the car with chips in the paint and the hood that weren't there previously. I did a walk around with their tech who picked up the car prior to them working on it, and those marks weren't present. They returned the car in a worse state than when they took it. They have basically said they won't be responsible for fixing the issue, and now we have a car with extra damages in the paint that go down to the metal. I wish we never would have taken the car to get the buffing done there. I would avoid Greeley at all costs. Their staff is not detail-oriented. This has been a very frustrating experience overall. It is a shame considering how much money is spent on a car from them to get such poor quality services.

We came in the day after my husband had been in an accident that totaled his car (not the best idea, but he wanted to start the process). The salesperson we were with preached non-commission, just trying to help us find the right car. We were up front that we weren't looking to buy that day, just wanted to look, test drive, and estimate some numbers--basic research. Muscle soreness and headache started setting in for my husband so we said we'd take our leave and think over what we had learned. Our once peaceful helper turned scummy salesman. Told us we'd never see that car again because it would be gone that afternoon, he shamed my husband for his accident, and pushed that this was the only car/place/time to buy. All while holding my car keys so we couldn't leave. We left with such a bad taste in our mouths we audibly growl at any Subarus we see on the road. We ended up at CarMax the next day and purchased two cars from them-nicer, newer, less mileage cars at the price we wanted. CarMax even gave me over $3k MORE for my trade in than Greeley Subaru was going to. One week later I'm still getting calls and emails about the beat up Forrester we were "never going to see again," LOL.

Fantastic experience! I worked with Blane and he was awesome! I researched other car dealerships to see what my options were and Greeley Subaru by far had the best prices. Blane made the entire process so easy! Angel took care of the finance side and she was great! Both employees were so awesome and personable. You can tell they take pride in what they do and I felt welcome and comfortable. To top it off I had a big lovely bow on top of my brand new car waiting for me! I have purchased many cars and this by far was the best experience! Highly recommend!

My daughter leased a Forester in July and worked with Michelle. Absolutely the best car buying experience we've ever had. Michelle was great and even stayed late on a Friday so my daughter could have her new car for the weekend. Also received the best price of any Denver area dealer we checked. Highly recommended!

Greeley Subaru is the best Dealership I have ever worked with. Michael McGregor, Angel, Dal, Carlos, and Steve made it so pleasant. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. This was truly the best experience at a Dealership I have ever had.

Purchased a truck from them in September of 2019, sold the truck in March 2020. I purchased an extended warranty but canceled the warranty when I sold the truck, sold the truck because it couldnt pass emissions, there was no D.P.F on the truck making it illegal. I canceled the warranty on March 25th here it is May 12th I have called numerous times but kept getting voicemails or a promise that someone would call me back. I called today and was told that no one was available to help me. I said I would come over to speak to someone in person and was told that someone would call me back shortly. Dont buy from them....

Had some blue smoke appear on my new to me wrx. Scheduled a time for diagnostics. Tech asked to keep car over night. The next day I was told it was possible Pcv valve and part would be ordered. I was also told I could come pick up my car while the part get shipped. Upon picking my car up, I pay and leave. Got about 3 blocks away before my car went into limp mode, blew black smoke and stalled. Opened my hood, to see a nightmare. Greeley technicians failed to put SIX bolts back that hold my tmic into charge pipe and intake(TB). Entire tmic was flopping on my pitch mount and water from their wash down was all over my intake. The GM apologized like "whoops, oh well" and offered a 3 month "warranty" on the work that was done by an unprofessional, lying technician on a side road off 47th. I refused due to their incompetence when Mr. David Slone made the statement that I "would be making a big mistake" if I refused. The unprofessional GM then returned my $120 diagnostics fee which shouldn't have been charged to begin with. I now get to wait and see if my intake sucked in enough water to cause failure. Thanks for absolutely nothing!
