It's a harbor freight. Easy to navigate, store associates are always polite and helpful. The actual building it is in is terrible. But otherwise a decent place to find tools.

The female manager gets upset quickly and dosnt know how to handle conflict. I brought in a couple jack stands for warranty on black friday and wanted them swapped out for the new Daytonas they actually ended up owing me money. The female manager refused to pay me the 10$. She said I swapped them that's it im not paying you. She needs a lesson on how money works. Male manager got me handled.

Went in to purchase a new drain auger. The cashier was very helpful in saving me some cash by offering an older clearance model of the exact same specs, only $150 cheaper. The manager, Kevin was also very helpful in carrying out the item to my car. Excellent customer service!

I generally go to either the location on 10th in Greeley or the location in Fort Collins on College ave. Both are generally neat and organized with good stock. The staff at both have always been pleasant, polite and most of all helpful. At either location they've helped me track an item down that was in stock at another store and called to verify.
As far as quality tools, most items are serviceable. There's some decent stuff along with some poor quality stuff. Choose carefully and understand the task/job you're using it for and what it demands.
