Molly was great. I tried out the EV (electric car) option. My only regret. ? It's nice, but do some research before accepting the EV option. Stress of charging can be a nightmare, and even worse in cold weather. Only spent about $3 on charging though for a 4 day rental by using free charge stations, so if you can manage it, try it out. My rating is for the experience with Molly at Hertz, and the car was clean. They didn't mention the $500 deposit till I got there so be mindful of that as well.

I needed a rental car for a trip to Greenwood Village for dental surgery. I did not have a reservation and was immediately set up with a vehicle. No hassle, friendly and very accommodating service was provided. It turned a very stressful day into an easy drive. Thank you for your service and help. Will use you again.

The issue is in the empty platitudes the fact that it was below freezing and the heat wouldn’t come in, and the prices. I really don’t want sorry and dumb responses. Action means more than words. So actively do better

I'd give you a ZERO but that's not an option. Rude lady behind counter. Presumptuous and rude while trying to rent a car. She treated me like White Trash. If this is your way to do business I hope you go out of business

The staff are nice enough and efficient getting you into your vehicle. The disappointment was not receiving a well cleaned vehicle. The Suburban we rented was covered in bugs and the inside, while vacuumed, was not cleaned and sanitized. Hertz used to be the top rental company. Not so much this time. At least the vehicle we rented for vacation took care of us.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this one was warranted. Used a car rental from these guys and it was entirely paid for by insurance (at least I thought) due to an accident that wasn't my fault. Anyways one of my cars ended up being totaled and I needed to find a rental to use. I ended up using Hertz for the first time and won't be coming back. They failed to inform me that each time you use a toll road with a rental their will be a $10 "administration fee." I had this rental for over a month while my car was in the shop and I racked up $150 in administration fees on top of the regular amount the toll charge is. They also failed to ask me for my email so their third party agency "PlatePass" could even send me the freakin bill. Apparently they tried billing me 3 times over the course of the past 2 months and I had no idea. I finally receive a paper bill in the mail for $340 for less than 1 month of toll road usage(1-2 times a week). The bill was received by me on 10/9/2023 and the due date for the payment was 10/13/2023 otherwise they would send it to collections. This barely even gives me enough time to dispute it and thats absolutely ridiculous. They are completely taking advantage of people by doing this and they know it. I normally spend $25-$30 a month to use the toll roads so I was surprised I got hit with a charge of $340. Next time tell your clients about toll road usage because I would of completely avoided the toll roads had I known this was going to happen. The money isn't even important its the principle. I will be disputing this with corporate and hopefully I am reimbursed but Ill never use Hertz again. Enterprise, Im on the way.

I booked a car in months advocate found out on the day that I needed 500 down that they had to cancel told me it would be the same rate and after they updated the card on file they raised 20 after they told me that it would stay the same and then the payment went through but got denied for a one day rental this was booked 3 month in advance

The Toyota Highlander we rented started to smell like gas really bad after driving it for a short time! We took the car back the next morning before our trip so our family was safe. I had to fight a little and reach out to different people to get the proper refund back. That was a little frustrating. Tim in Greeley was very helpful and I appreciated his help.

Absolutely By far the best interaction I’ve ever had while renting a car! Super helpful and nice gentlemen! My travel partner and I got stranded after taking a friend to the hospital after a rodeo and we needed a way to get home within the chaos that surrounds the 4th of July. They went out of their way to ensure we had a way to get home and made the process as quick and easy as possible!

Had to rent a car from them due to ours being in the body shop. Insurance was going o pick up 80% of the bill. Since it had been hailing they pushed the full coverage on us for 24.99. She quoted me close to $700 as a hold on my card. I asked why and she said it was if the insurance didn't pay their part. I asked again if my part would be 20% of the roughly 700 amount and was told yes. Go in today to drop off and was charged the $700 apparently their insurance was per day and not for the term of the rental as i had been told. I was charged just under $500 for their insurance while the rental was less than $200. This place is a freaking scam.
