Everytime I call to confirm quantity on hand for lumber or garden I sit on hold for over 15 min before I hang up and call Lowes and get immediate assistance. Why do you guys try to be a "functioning corporation"? Customer service is the worst when in store there are no employees around and when you find one they look at you like your a ghost.

Management and Organization of the Greeley store is horrible. Closing down isles mid day on a Sunday for maintenance is unacceptable.

Terrible embarrassing degrading my grandson and I was at the local Greeley home Depot yesterday to purchase some electrical stuff and he was looking for some work gloves he went to the work gloves and stuff and I went to the electrical parts we met at the cash register he told me that the gloves he wanted here they were I purchased them he told me that the store employee was following him around we left the store they called the police the police pulled us over search my grandson they informed him that the store employee was charging him with concealment of a product and if they found it on the store video they would charge him with concealment whatever that is I took him home the cops came by give him a citation to show up in court I went back to home Depot asked him to see the footage of what they were talking about they said they could not have access that footage they refused to enlighten me on that I guess that's how they try to recoup all the millions of dollars lost by letting people just leave the store when they load your baskets and run just sad 😢

I ordered a stackable washer and dryer. Not only did the man not take the old washer and dryer but he left his tools in my house. My daughter was the only one home and now we are missing our iPad. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HOME DEPOT. They use a third party and steal from you. I will never go there ever again.
