Last year I was lectured about how I couldn’t reserve sides. So I ordered the meat and would get the sides when I picked that up. Didn’t see sides on website when I ordered the meat, probably because I didn’t look very hard due to the scolding I got last year.Go to get meat and I’m told that if I didn’t reserve the sides, I can’t get any. Now the rest of Thanksgiving meal is a crapshoot.Make up your mind!

Ordered a ton of sides for Christmas. Ordered sides because they were out of ham. Scheduled our pickup between 4-5 because that was an available option. Go to pick it up and they closed at 3. Tons of people standing outside very confused. Not sure what to do for Christmas dinner. The stores are also sold out of many food options.

Just facts- ordered our $100 Tgiving dinner and paid online. Arrived at 5:20 to pick it up on 11/23 (told to arrive by 5:30) and waited in line, mostly outside, till 6:30 with roughly 50 people with similar stories. Another line of phoned in orders and walk ins was inside the door and moved a bit faster. Wound up handing my cellphone to a worker so she could read my order off the screen and put it together, except for the Honey Ham. A different worker eventually approached with two hams, neither what I ordered, but he offered the substitute since they didn't have what I ordered. Left an hour and 10 min after arrival to pickup my online order. 6:30 was their stated closing time but I saw about 6 people still in line outside the shop at 6:30 when I left. Food was good, as always.

Delivery was promt and on time. The order was made online by friends in another state. No one was home to receive order. Owners were persistent and did not leave order on porch. The waited until someone could accept the order. They hand delivered and were very pleasent. It is so very nice to see people that are happy serving you. Food was one point and very delicious.

Disappointing!!Picked up a ham yesterday and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the ham, see photo, and the overall experience. I placed the order several weeks ago because I wanted to make sure we could get a ham. They were offering a coupon for $5 off if the ham was picked up on the 20th. I tried to apply the coupon when I purchased the ham but could not. When I got to the store on the 20th they told me since the ham was prepaid they could not apply the coupon. The cashier kept saying that there was nothing she could do. It is too bad the company does not give their people more flexibility to take care of their customers. It made the whole experience frustrating. We will not be buying Honeybaked in the future.

Waited an hour to pick up my online order. Complete chaos. Won’t ever do that again. Hey, how about not allowing everyone to pick the same pickup time! Also overpriced!

I'm 8 & 1/2 months pregnant and this place has completely RUINED my Thanksgiving this year!!! I ordered a holiday meal trying to make things simple for myself and my family. I prepaid days in advance and selected a specific pick up time. I drove 45 minutes to get there only to be told there is no separate line for prepaid pickup orders with specified times and that I would have to wait 2 hours in line! I have never experienced anything like this before and honestly couldn't believe it! They were extremely rude and there was no way I was going to wait in line for that long especially being so pregnant. I decided to leave and now I'm headed to the grocery store to scramble to find things and prepare a Thanksgiving meal for my family. So much for trying to make things easy amd convenient this year, not to mention the waste of time and gas! NEVER AGAIN!

Normally don't have an issue with Honey Baked Ham. This time however, I received my order and had a bug on my lettuce within my sandwich. This tells me the lettuce was clearly not washed properly prior to placing on the sandwiches. There are so many other bigger problems that could arise from eating unwashed lettuce other than the visible bug. I am extremely disappointed!

We love Honey Baked Ham. We've been purchasing every year since 1999 at different Colorado locations. When we first started supporting our local Greeley store it was busy and fast and friendly. The last few times it has not been a good experience. I experienced a customer being yelled at and other times it just seems like they don't care if they even have customer. We will continue to be customers but we will no longer support our local store. If something doesn't change I don't see them lasting in our community.

I placed an order for an event my school was holding.. Got confirmation from the Cindy an employee that I spoke with my order was supposed to be delivered at 11:15, but at 11:45 when I had yet to receive my order at the school and the people I was hosting were still waiting for their lunch. I drove over to honey baked ham to learn that the store was CLOSED never received a phone call or an email nothing at all. horrible customer service definitely do not recommend for any services.

Waited for a really long time. It wasn't a professional environment at all.If it wasn't a few days before Christmas I would have gone somewhere else.
