I'm sorry for anyone getting labs drawn today. The person at the window is in a very bad mood. It was a running joke in the lobby with me and the other 4 patients about how rude she was going to be to the next person checking in. Wow! Just wow!

moved from cheyenne, had to get blood work done for my thyroid levels. this has been the most horrific time I've ever had. my doctors been fighting to get my results of my tsh and free t4 to make sure my levels didn't change. they keep giving me and my doctor the run around. I called 5 times before 5 and keep getting hung up on. how hard is it to verify that my lab results went to the right doctors

Came in a few weeks ago at 7:30 am on a Saturday for a three hour glucose intolerance test. There was a line of 10+ people already and only one technician working both registration and drawing labs. I waited patiently for 2 hours to be called to get my test started but poor technician was too overwhelmed being short staffed and having to do all these labs plus registration. I decided to leave and come back on a different day. I’m giving a one star because of the staffing issues. It’s not okay to only have one technician working both jobs.

At 64 in age I've numerous blood draws. This one was the most painful. First stick made my hair stand on end and I said Jesus Christ. Response well it is a needle. Didn't even get the vein even after wiggling it around. Had to be stuck again. Person was rough and a bad attitude. I probably will not get my labs done here again.

I never considered but the last 2 times for some reason all my codes for blood or pee all my bills are going to finance I all ready have brought this to there attention and has NOT BEEN FIXED so ya they bills sound never never go to anyone exp the inc that being billed wrong.. know I have deal with wounded how to get this off my credit:( makes me sad how your teams don't listen

I've never had a bad experience at this facility. The people are very nice and take good care of you, as long as you have all your insurance information in order. If not, they won't do a whole lot to help you.Recently I had a blood draw and had issues with my information. I don't have insurance, but I do have medi-share, which is a medical sharing company. They negotiate with providers for discounts on services.My problem is this. Horizon Labs has negotiated with Medi-Share for their services, but when it comes to billing, they bill the full price. Sometimes it's only $20 difference, but when you are on a very limited budget, that's a huge difference.When I called to find out about the billing difference, they acted like it's not their problem or, they don't really care, or this is what you have to pay, ect. They even blamed it on Medi-Share, when they should have all the information on the negotiated prices in their computer. Nobody cared about my plight, or even was willing to research and try to help. I got nowhere with the call, and ended up paying the difference, otherwise my bill would have gone to collections. I couldn't afford that.So, needless to say, Horizon Labs got $20 they weren't entitled to.I will never use Horizon again because of this. They are the worst company to do business with.The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because of the young lady phlebotomist. She was absolutely wonderful, I felt not even a slight discomfort, and frankly didn't even know she had stuck me. No bruises, either.

Poor patient care. I called before they closed stating that I was on my way now and would make it right at 5 and that I had a STAT lab. Girl on the phone said they would take me if the window was still open. I walked it at 4:58, and the window was closed. Disappointed, considering I’ve worked for Horizon Labs. As a care giver, I was always willing to let someone in a little after closing time.

I just waited 25 minutes, I signed in and was ignored! They thought I was there for the other department they share a waiting room with, and they didn't even think to ask me, they just let me sit there wasting my time. I'm not a happy customer! It's a bad system, FIX IT!!!!
