If I can give no stars i would. The only good part about this place is they are nice and friendly.
Was under the impression I was going to pay a fair price then at the last minute was charged double. Usually your tax person walks you through it all and explains everything but I honestly left with more questions then I came in with? The only reason why I wanted help was because I needed answers and help, I could easily put In numbers on the computer myself and atleast know I put them in correctly. Be mindful and watch what numbers they put in I had to correct some myself last minute. Not to mention they will leave messages asking for crucial private information then not remember why they asked for it and then come to find out it doesn't even pertain to my taxes? So then why would you need it is my question? This place has definitely lost my business. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if my identity was stolen because of this place...

I can’t believe I had to pay money for that. Not a good experience at all. I pretty much had to walk my tax lady through the technology that she was using. I don’t even know if my taxes were done correctly because she admitted, she doesn’t know how to use the updated software. She seemed very inexperienced, and seemed like there was lack of help around. I’ve had to go back twice and possibly a third time to finish signatures. Nobody told me when I made the appointment that I’d have to come back several times after. I’ve used H&R Block for years, and this one experience may turn me away to someone else. This whole experience was definitely an inconvenience.

The gentleman who did my taxes was extremely nice and very caring. But that's the only good thing you have to say about this place, I stopped going to h&r block about 8 years ago because they charge you more than they ever get you back. However this year online it said they would only charge me x amount of money, I go in he files my taxes and then at the end tells me they're charging me three times as much as it said online. Well obviously I have to pay it at this point because it's a week away from due date and I have little choices. H&r block is a horrible place to get your taxes done they get you in the door and out the door within an hour they don't find every deduction that they possibly can to get you the max refund and then they charge you 75% of your refund to file it. If I could give zero stars to this place I absolutely would I'll never use them again.
