We had a wonderful Experience. Ours Sales Rep, Josh was very helpful. Even the minor issue we had with our car, was easily fixed. What we loved most was the communication. When you buy a acr you expect everything to be perfect, and when something happens, you're frantic. Josh was easy to reach, and he kept us in the loop as they fixed the issue. We now have our car running smoothly , and we're enjoying it. Thanks again for the great customer service.

My sales person, Ana was amazing. And found the perfect car that worked for me! She did everything she could to make things work out, and ensured we got something safe for our family. Brandon in finance was quick and friendly. In general, the whole experience was perfect!

2023 Tucson needed an oil change. Three weeks out for an appointment. Took the first available. While waiting for the appointment I got a recall notice in the mail. Called and asked if recall would be taken care of at the same time as the oil change. Was told “it depended on what the recall is, I think I know, and we should be able to take care of it at the same time”. Appointment was last week. First told recall would be addressed at the same time, then was told parts are “VIN specific” and had to be ordered. An hour and a half later the car is done and I can go. Was told parts were ordered and should be received in two days. Four days later and I’ve not received a call about the parts and/or getting my car back in for the recall.Changing to one star and adding additional information. Called this morning to see if part was in. It is. They wanted to schedule service for the recall three weeks out.Called another dealership and I have an appointment in three days.Service Department at Hyundai of Greeley is a joke!

My husband and I just purchased the 2023 Sonata Hybrid from Hyundai of Greeley this past weekend! Austin was fantastic - warm, welcoming, spent a lot of his time reviewing features with us before and after purchase. We also so appreciated that he was able to keep our monthly payments within our budget. We felt so pleased with the entire experience. Devin from the Finance Team was also a pleasure. We’ve struggled quite a bit to find Hybrid sedans to even test drive at other dealers, due to high demand, so we were so delighted to find that Hyundai had two hybrid Sonatas on the lot! It was a great day and we love the car! Thank you so much Austin!

This place used to do a great job for me. However over the last few years they have misdiagnosed my car, which if I didn't catch would have cost me over 2k in unnecessary repairs. Today I called for a price for a vacuum leak check for a problem I'm having with a hard brake pedal. The gentleman didn't seem to know what that was. He kept putting me on hold to ask a mechanic. He then quoted me prices for brake flushes and other leak test using dye???. When we were finally on the same page he told me that there is no way to do a vacuum leak test which is not true. He also told me that they just re-do all the vacuum lines instead. I asked how much that was and he kept coming back with prices for other stuff because " that's where they wanted to start". Wow, I thought I was the customer and the car owner. If I ask to have a service done, regardless if it's needed, i should be able to get it done because I'm the paying customer. Sadly this is the last time I'll be going to Hyundai service if Greeley.

Casey did a great job of listening to what we were interested in and our needs to lead us to the car we wanted. We had a great demo drive where he drove first and showed us some key features that we probably would not have tried right away in Greeley traffic. That was awesome. Then my wife and I got to drive. First drive of all electric was awesome for both of us. Casey led us through the purchase negotiations professionally without it feeling like a pressure sale. Once the sell was made the financing and wrap up went great. Also, handled professionally and with a touch small town friendly. All the staff was aware of us and always very approachable. We will make Hyundai of Greeley our service partner for our two Hyundai’s even though we are closer to Loveland.Thank you!Margaret(Peg) and Chris

My wife and I bought the same vehicle about 10 days apart. Our sales associate was superb. High technical knowledge and shared his experience - with zero pressure. We could not have asked for better! The financial end was a bit different. The same old school upsell at signing was in place, with insurances for tech, windshields, bras etc. It wasn’t unexpected. Knowing their mark-up was high did not sit well, but there were some things that made sense - so you do it.So my wife buys her vehicle about 10 days later. At her financial paperwork signing, they quote her $800 more for the same tech coverage that I paid for….?Then (not even remembering what I paid) when she balked, they said they could take $500 off their initial price….This is the ugly underbelly of why people hate dealing with car dealerships. You feel like they are trying to rip you off - if you will let them - and they hold the cards of their real friends cost - and you wanting to get out of there with your car. They also pushed her hard to buy windshield coverage that her insurance already covered. Their pitch was “well we have heard that some insurance companies will replace the glass, but they won’t pay for all of the calibration that is necessary with the new tech. With this coverage you will be guaranteed a Hyundai windshield.”So my wife, wanting to cover the car properly walked out of the dealer with the same tech policy that I bought - but for hundreds more. She also bought the windshield coverage because they made her unsure that her insurance would cover the calibration. She bought the same vehicle, but walked out of the dealer paying about $1650 more. So, we checked with each of our insurance companies. Both said that the calibrations would be covered. And then we called and had a heart to heart with the financial people about why did Maria pay more for the same tech coverage that I bought. Why isn’t it a fixed price? Was it because she was a woman, and they thought she was an “easier” mark? The end result was that we cancelled the windshield coverage, and they reimbursed the difference between what I paid for the tech coverage (which I am sure was way too much!) and what she paid. This also brings up the question…wouldn’t you think that they would realize that my wife and I would share our experience, and that if they didn’t treat us equally - it would blow up in their faces??My goodness people, please think about how you are treating people unfairly - by trying to take advantage of those that you think you can.So sorry to have to report this.Beware.

Austin and the team here are on top of it! Very responsive, flexible, and willing to give a good deal that benefits both parties. The process was quick, unlike some I’ve had in the past. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend checking them out.The Hyundai Palisade XRT is amazing. Coming from a Yukon Denali, I was worried about power, space, and some luxury items with tech. Outside of a heated steering wheel (available in other trims), the Hyundai meets or exceeds my experience with the Yukon Denali, especially when comparing the price points. Give it a shot!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our new Palisade. Casey was responsive without being pushy. The dealership had availability same-day to have me test drive, and Brandon in finance did a fantastic job of finding me a deal. The whole experience was great!

First and foremost, coming in for an oil change and being told afterwards that there is a $14 up charge for the oil additive that was not asked for, but I was told that there is no way to opt out of the oil additive to my oil change because of a deal with the company. I’m sorry but the oil change should just be the oil change and it’s priced at $69.99 not $69.99 plus $14. That seems like a bait and switch. The second issue that I had is after going home checking the oil levels and oil. The oil level was not at full. I called back and spoke to Russ who said they would be happy to take a look at it if I brought the car back in and what I did, then I was told that as long as it is between the full and the low mark in the safe zone it’s fine. However, the oil level is at 3/4 meaning about 3 quarts of the 4.23 quarts that are required.A technician was outside to meet me and to go over my concern, and what I was told was that when it is at the full line on the dipstick, they are actually putting 4.5 quarts instead of the 4.23 quarts in, which again I do not buy in into that. Having a tech actually argue on what is full based on the dipstick, not being at the full mark really makes me question the experience and background of the technicians working on my Hyundai.Hey simple oil change at $94 and I did not even get a full 4 quarts of oil in my car instead I was given a bait and switch on the price and an excuse on the dipstick levels. We are not even talking about close to the full mark line on the dipstick, again it was 3/4 of the way.At this time, I do not have trust in Hyundai of Greeley, and will not be bringing my car back. If this is the level of professionalism and knowledge, the service technicians have.

Zach was great to work with and finalize our vehicle purchase. He was open, concise, and quick to answer questions related to warranty and financing. Thankfully, he and the rest of the staff were not pushy. Good to do business with them!

Came in to get a oil change on my 2022 genesis GV70 everything was great until I picked up my car drove it down the rode check electric suspension popped up called they were super nice but said they can not do anything cause the car is a genesis not a Hyundai then come to find out when I got off work walked around my car and found a pretty decent scratch on my new car that has 11k miles on it ask for a call back nobody from service has called the scratch looks like it’s from maybe a pick tool that I know some techs carry pick tools in there pockets…. I know for a fact the scratch was not there before dropping off as I am very observant of my car as I have been in the car industry most my life… very disappointed that I took my car and got it back with more issues then when I took it in…

I am giving 2 stars only because we were previously very happy with this dealership.I can no longer recommend this dealership. Just recently purchased our second vehicle with them due to our confidence in their ability to provide good service.Hadn’t left the lot with the new car after purchase without an issue with the vehicle. Which they acknowledged “fixed” and then sent us on our way. Less than 20 minutes down the road in a NEW vehicle - same issue again. Rusty gave us a call, again acknowledging the issue and promised me a fix as soon as they could fit us on the schedule. No big deal. Showed up today, Rusty couldn’t fix the issue and after we took time off of work to get it fixed, sent us away still having the issue. Stating they could only fix it if we paid out of pocket, unless we get picture proof of the issue they already knew existed, despite it being covered by warranty.Moving to a new dealership for service. I suggest you consider doing the same. Great mechanics, poor service manager finding excuses to not warranty issues they know exist.

The process of the trade-in and purchase of my "new to me" vehicle was a pleasant experience from the start. Josh remembered me from past purchases with the last being 3 1/2 years ago. I went in not expecting to get a good trade-in value but only after 15-20 minutes, the numbers had been worked out . With two test drives, the whole process was probably just over 2 hours.
