Great service! Everyone was transparent start to finish and walk me through what was going on. I had a problem happen pretty soon after leaving the shop (which was unrelated to why I came into the shop) and I ended up having to pull over. The owner, J, came and met me where I was after taking there kid to the hospital! And helped me with it until he was 100% sure I was good to go home. Shout out J&C professional services!

The biggest mistake ever! After having my car for over 4 months, I had to have it Towed out of there because they literally made my car unsafe and completely inoperable. Do not recommend!

Went in needing a new engine, and they also replaced something under the car they had my car for over 2 months. When they claimed it was ready, I drove less than 50 miles at speeds no greater than 65 just to have it towed back for they said somehow 4th gear blew a hole in the transmission then they had my car for yet another 2 months roughly. After I finally got my car back, whatever was done, underneath got broken during the repair, and they weleded it for a band-aid fix. By this time we are talking to our warranty company letting them know something is not right and want to take it elsewhere but they won't cover that so we had it towed yet again to them because whatever they messed up under my car destroyed both front tires making it hard and unsafe to drive. To add to my frustration Chrystal flat out lied to me saying she called my warranty company and is waiting for a call back and has call several times to no answer ? she never called according to whom I spoke with, because they have every in and out calls and discussions recorded. No log of her calling. I really think that they are extremely busy and have a lot going on between running a once successful shop (according to reviews) homeschooling # kids and welcoming new life into their family. That's just an assumption that I took from first time picking up my car. This review is coming from a place of anger and frustration due to the negative impact caused by me being without a vehicle and the financial mess it put me in as well as the amount of money that I have to come up with to have someone properly fix whatever they messed up and replace my 2 tires that were fairly new. I would definitely not recommend J&C professional services after the experience they shared with me.

Jay is truly a professional guy. Working with German cars is not everyone's cup of tea, but this family-owned business is quite good at it. Regardless of the brand or model, you can confidently bring any car here.

I brought my ******** **** CLA 250 here. The turbo of the vehicle I bought from Carvana needed to be changed and there was a coolant leak. THEY said they COULDN'T FIND any leaks in the Coolant, but they would replace the turbo. SilverRock has it all covered. When I got the car back 3 weeks later, there was dust everywhere and its performance was poorer than before, it was worse when it should have been better. As soon as I took it back, I looked under the hood and what did I see? There is a HUGE VISIBLE CRACK IN THE *** INTAKE HOSE, I added the photo. Then I made an appointment with the dealer. In the report they gave me, they said that the WRONG TURBO WAS INSTALLED IN THE VEHICLE! and that there was MAJOR COOLANT LEAK.A LONG STORY SHORT, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR TO THIS REP*** SHOP, IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE!!!

What great service I recieved! I got stuck in the mud and rolled into the shop with the car out of balance and shaking horribly. They got me right in and spent nearly two hours power washing my rims, undercarriage, and engine until all neatly 900lbs of mud was removed and she was running smoothly. The whole time the staff treated me great and even showed me around the shop. And the best part was the price. Completely affordable for the nasty job it was. Can't say enough about how well I was treated. Trust your vehicle with JC.

J&C has once again taken care of my family.This time he even helped me prioritize repairs to save money while putting safety first. The big chain store I used in the past always found catastrophic things that had to be done right away, plus doing brakes...Excellent staff. Work is always done right at prices that didn't require a bank loan or body parts.I've had my own cars, kids cars, friends even, and every single time we've been amazed at the detail Jay and his team put forth.I recommend this business to my friends, family, and anyone who asks about a good and fair mechanic.Jay and team....Thank you again for all you've done.Services: Brakes

J&C is the only shop I will use.I know enough about cars but just don't have the ability to some of the work anymore.I've sent my entire family here for some sort of repair or diagnostic. They always tell me the same thing.J&C did great and took care of them.Jay has always taken care of me. Pricing is fair and honestWork is quality and well executedThe entire team is so nice.This is the small town shop mentality and people capable of handling ANYTHING.

Amazing service. Crystal is always extremely friendly and Jay a great mechanic. They really care about our cars and we are glad we found them.
