Gave this pharmacy a second chance after a not so great experience. Never again. I dropped off my RX for an antibiotics after seeing my dentist for a toothache. I expected a wait, so I dropped it off, and figured I waited for the text letting me know it was ready. I dropped off the script at 12:10, and called at 4:30, only to be told it’d be ready by 3 pm the next day. A days wait for a basic antibiotic?!!

I'm new in town and, to be honest, only leaving a review because I was astonished that their rating is so low. Service here, at least during my visits in the last few months, is perfectly fine. Not exceptional, but easy enough to get my prescriptions filled in a timely manner.

Rude workers. I have never had a medications in stock when I need a refill. Usually have to wait 5-7 days to get my meds in stock. Also, apparently they close their drive through “earlier” than they actually close. Figured that out when I went through the drive through at 7:25pm on a Friday night and they threw the shade down as I was pulling up. 🙄

Not ideal to say the least. Drive thru May or May not be open. Customer service is not a priority.

I find the staff and the Pharmacist, professional and helpful. I appreciate their help on my medication and inform me that they are there to assist in helping me. A little patience and understanding goes a long way in helping them do their job more efficiently.

The never open the drive though when the hours say so and the closed sign is always up so good luck getting your stuff this would be a great place for a pharmacy

The pharmacy hours state that they're open at 9:00 a.m. and they notoriously never open on time. You can expect the drive-thru to open between 10:30 and noon.

Male pharmacist with dark hair, short in stature and east coast accent is rude. Don't placate to me about my prescription like I'm two years old. It's an NSAID and I've taken it before. I certainly hope you're this thorough and persistent about adverse reactions when you perform medical procedures out of your pharmacy that kill and maim people.

Please don't use this pharmacy. It seems like every time I go, there's an issue. They told me my prescription would be ready on a certain day at a certain time, so I went to pick it up and they tell me they're out of stock, that it won't be ready for THREE more days. I went to the dr 5 DAYS AGO and still no prescription. Baby is having to suffer longer because they don't do their job. Worst pharmacy ever. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

I was a pharmacy technician for 3 years and know the systems pretty well. I am very patient when it come to pharmacies and waiting but these technicians are not friendly and very rude. I have had nothing but issues getting prescriptions filled or even put into process. I understand wait times but multiple times I'm told 30 min while waiting in the store and come back 45min later just to get told it'll be another hour. Or they don't receive the prescriptions and tell me it takes 4 hours for a fax to come through and to call back. Then my provider calls them in and they tell me that they won't check them for me to make sure it's been received before my provider is closed. I use them because they contract with my insurance but now multiple times I have had them RE fax my prescriptions to CVS and they get them done within the next hour. And I pay out of pocket. The customer service is horrible and they do not care to work to make sure their patients are taken care of. I've been in this field (during the pandemic) and get how busy and stressful it can be but the service they give at this location is unacceptable.

Don't waste your time trying to get a prescription here. Everyone I have talked to in the last 8 months of going here has been extremely rude and unprofessional. Orders are never found after being sent in 2 or 3 times. Several times I've been told it will be ready to come in at a certain time, just to show up and be told that maybe tomorrow it will be ready. Have asked to speak to the pharmacist and told he's unavailable or refuses to take calls.
