This location continues to close earlier than the hours posted on Google along with the store hours posted on their doors. This is a serious problem and super inconvenient.

I was checking out and i heard a manager named yadmeris using inappropriate language in front of customers and yelling at employees and I found that highly disrespectful and unprofessional, I am very upset with my local kohls especially the manager 😡

Kohl’s has changed their store structure and instead of returning Kohl’s items to the back customer service they now want us to wait in line and return them up front at the check out. I just wasted a half an hour of my day waiting in two lines. I originally waited in a long line at customer service before the person working informed the lady in front of me that she would have to take her Kohl’s return to the front… so then a bunch of us followed and waited in line while other people checked out. What a mess and ridiculous idea. Knowing that all of us had been waiting for at least 10 minutes in the customer service line, the sales associate should have went ahead and just accepted our returns. I won’t be returning to this store. My time is precious. If you don’t respect it then I’m not going to do business with you.

Today I was in search of some new shoes. Most were not priced, mixed up really bad. Very hard to find my size and the ones I wanted. Left without any unfortunately! Need prices in order to sell and better organization.

The self check is kind of frustrating because something always goes wrong and you need to have a person come and help you and sometimes there's a wait.

Laurie was out checkout person and even though there were lots of people she was friendly and took time to help us while being fast. We went to the store in Greeley Co.
Another associate asked if we needed help. Such a good store!
