Stay away from this place and the incompetent employees that can't even do an alignment for a vehicle that has all brand new parts.

Today I visited Les Schwab Tires to get a puncture repaired on my tire. The tire had a nail a bit close to the sidewall. They immediately said they couldn’t fix it without even checking and tried to sell me two new tires for the back of my truck. I said no, they got upset, and took a long time to return my truck. Once I got my truck back, I went to another tire shop called Vigo Tires. They fixed the tire right away without trying to sell me a new one and did an excellent job. So I highly recommend you don’t visit Les Schwab Tires since all they want to do is sell you new tires when yours can still be repaired.

These people have no care for your vehicles. They have done damage to my vehicle so I had to talk with a body shop because they didn’t care to get it taken care of. I eventually got a check from Les Schwab a couple weeks later and to my surprise the check bounced. I got with my bank and the bank said these people write checks that bounce all the time watch out and stay safe because these people will take your money and destroy your vehicles

The front desk, Amber was extremely rude. I would avoid this place just because of her. She attacked me before knowing the situation or digging in to figure out what happened on their end. I will Not be returning to this one. Get people who love the job and not here to collect a paycheck. Please avoid.

Dishonest and will take advantage of you. I was badly in need of new front tires due to alignment issues. They claimed they couldn’t perform an alignment because I needed a new control arm, which I just had replaced by my local auto shop, then proceeded to take off my tires, tell me the original tires they quoted me on were unavailable and I needed to pay twice as much, but my old ones were too worn for them to put back on due to their policies so I couldn’t drive away without paying. So they were trying to force me to pay for a $700 control arm and an extra $150 on tires. We ended up paying almost $300 for tires and going back to our local auto shop. My mechanic said there was NOTHING WRONG with my control arm and that I just needed an alignment and that it’s a common tactic that scummy auto shops use to make more money on labor and an expensive part. Don’t bother going here. My mechanic recommends Costco or Sam’s club for tires. For anything else, I recommend Admiral Auto in Loveland. They have never tried to take advantage of me there.

I came in at 10am to setup a time for me to come in and get a tire patch job, came back at 12pm when I was told to by the employee and found out he never setup my appointment and I had to make a new one or just wait in the shop for over an hour putting me in the back of the line.

The crew here are super helpful, they'll even come out to get your spare tire, quickly locate the issue, then repair the tire. Pull your vehicle into their bay & put the fixed tire back on your vehicle. They check the air pressure in all your tires. If you used your spare they will even put your spare away correctly. They are so confident in their job well done! Every one of the team members are super friendly and helpful! They ask you keep coming back for all your tire maintenance needs! I loved the service they have a clean, cool area for you to wait with cable tv. There is plenty of comfortable seating. the music of they have on is at a lower level. They have drinks and some have a vending area. Men & women's restrooms that are clean, smell nice, there is plenty of room! I am going to return everytime! I will refer everyone I know!!

I found a bolt the size of my fingernail in my rear driver tire - heard the air whistling out and everything - and immediately drove it over to have repaired. I was in and out in an hour, and 3 people were ahead of me! Thank you for getting me safely on the road again, I appreciate yall so much!
