The delivery date keeps changing on the KitchenAid Range that was purchased. It was ordered on 1/28 told it would take 14 days due that is was a special order but would not take longer than that. First delivery date was changed to a week later, day before the 2nd delivery date changed again. Told it was sitting in the distribution center but the truck was only on Tuesday and Thursday. Today is a Wednesday so why not get the stove on Thursday and install it on Friday. No not possible have to wait until the 29th. I should have purchased from Home Depot which would have delivered and installed it in 3 days but no I wanted to save $75. Should have gone with Home Depot less frustration. It seems these days no cares about customer satisfaction. When you talk to them you can hear in their voice that your complaint doesn't matter.
Follow up from when Lowe's commented on review. The phone number that was left to call is no different than calling Lowes customer service number. It takes a while to get to speak to a human and they have no clue why you would be calling them. It's just like the first time you called. Still the same problem with delivery nothing solved, nothing better but another waste of time.

We had a terrible experience. My husband applied for a cc & the cashier Don Musser put his last name on his application and continued to push this through synchrony bank and now the cc has his name Musser on his my husbands cc. My husband had to send his drivers license to the bank and it is now over a week and no response. I
surely hope this employee has not ruined my husbands credit or able to use his credentials. We purchased a electric fireplace and we were told it would arrive in 7-10 days. They called us the 9th day to tell us we aren't selling them anymore. We feel like we had the worst customer service at Lowe's in Greeley and we will never buy anything from them again.

Went to buy play sand to fill a basketball hoop the two employees that helped us find it were outstanding. Sand was also $5-7 for 50 lbs good deal.

Called for an inventory check and they asked to put me on a “brief” hold. Literally 30 minutes later they hang up on me. You all have a phone that displays your inventory. This is the second time this has happened in different departments. If you cant handle typing a few letters into a phone, go ahead and file unemployment. Embarrassing.
