Bonnie and Brooklie were amazing! They went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for! Brooklie was very diligent with communicating with sellers and with a smile and professionalism she got my questions answered right away! They were great at making sure we didn’t get into something that wasn’t right for our needs and were always willing to work around our schedules and never had a problem with the drive from Greeley to Brighton and surrounding areas! AND…most importantly were not pushy in any way and worked with our timeline! It was a true pleasure working with both of them!!!

I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed working with the Martin and Grant team with sears. Never have I had someone I trusted more! So happy we had them for our first home! The journey was fun and exciting! When we found a Home we liked Bonnie made it happen. We told her we liked a house and wanted to see it as soon as possible, we saw it maybe an hour later. She makes things happen. I will ALWAYS recommend them! Trust me they will get you the house you always wanted!
