Katherine was so rude when I asked about a military discount. Made is a super pain when every time before I’ve been in there they were super kind. I’m not impressed with her service or attitude. She should not be working there if you are wanting to sell anything!

They do not carry x-long jeans for tall people. I always have to buy them online. It would be nice to have an in-store shopping experience.

I asked for a fitting room and the girl put me in and never checked on me for other sizes. The floors and fitting rooms were absolutely disgusting I didn't even want to take my shoes off and they had just opened the store so it wasn't from a busy day..It looks like the whole store hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time.Then it took 15 plus minutes to check out because they couldn't get any of the registers to work and then needed a coupon code for a text message I had received which didn't supply a coupon code. I love shopping your store but this time was probably the worst experience I've had.

Went to Maurices here in Greeley on my lunch break. As I was waiting in line the lady behind the counter took the lady standing behind me on the next register,I placed my items down and told her that I had been next..she straight up told me "I already started her transaction". I said no ma'am that's not how waiting in line works, she just ignored me!! Now bieng that I was the ONLY brown person in the store yea I took offense! I have never ever been treated like this in a place of business. I was so embarrassed! Thank you Emily for such a disgraceful experience!

The woman that helped me was so amazing she knew right away I needed help and kept bringing me cute clothes to try I ended up buying something I probably never would have picked thank you for being amazing! Will return!
