Terrible customer service at this location. I went in today to see about getting a better phone. I was trying to ask the girl if I was eligible for an upgrade and she just kept repeating loudly that I had to pay full retail price. Never even looked up my account. I left the store immediately because the level of rudeness was unbelievable.

I went into the store to take advantage of an advertised phone discount promotion, I was not able to take advantage of the promotion. I was quoted $300+ for a transaction that only came out to $160 at another store. I would never recommend shopping at this particular store, go to another store. I am very disappointed in the level of service provided, a complete waste of time.

All I have to say is do not go to this store the girl that was there the two times I was in I think myra is her name she didn't know about the plans she said IDK more times the I could count today called and ask about iphone 11 she had no clue about the special she said to switch carries and get I phone 11 it would be 250 I said why do much she said when she looks on her computer that is how much I said why she said idki said can you find out why she said no and hung up two times tired of her IDK
