Just signed up online for a 16x40 unit. Process from start to finish was so easy and even signed the lease online. They provided very easy and straight forward directions and information. Very impressed

BE CAREFUL! They will not refund your deposit if there is a speck of dirt after your move out. I swept my unit and then was never notified why my deposit was not returned. Come to find out after calling the office 3x that there was a “pile” of dirt. Mind you it is the end of July and I moved out mid June. This picture was just sent to me today. These units are not airtight of course dust and dirt is going to get it. Save your time and money for another storage company.

So far the team at Mountain Shadows Storage has been great. The lease process was simple and quick. Access to our unit is very easy - I love how wide the area is between buildings/units (enough for parked cars/moving trucks and cars to get past you while loading and unloading). Unit was clean and looked well maintained upon arrival. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend checking them out!

Nice staff. There has been two separate Saturdays where I tried to get into the office and it was closed. This was during business hours. A more accessible bathroom would be nice inside the storage building. Otherwise, pleased.

All of my belongings were stolen from the unit I had. It was filled with my deceased father's entire life, and I wasn't even notified. I had to find out by going to the unit and finding the lock was cut.

I highly recommend this storage facility, particularly the location at 8320 W. 20th Street Greeley, CO 80634, where you will get the pleasure of meeting and working with Lindsey. She is passionate about the work she does, and her compassion for humans is way up there. In every conversation she has that I overhear, she takes care of her customers. The move in process is really easy, and there is a complimentary box truck available for four hours. You can purchase locks on site if you don't have any. Move in is prorated and you can even set up auto-charge so that you don't forget to make a timely payment. The location is always very clean, and the code access gate and on site cameras offers a nice sense of security for your items. Move-out is so simple and only requires a 7 day notice to vacate. Definitely check them out!!

Great service! Lindsey was very respectful, thorough and made us feel like we were the most important clients she had. Every business should have a manager like Lindsey in their employment!
