Went into ER for severe burning in throat down to stomach and can not swallow. They didn't listen and did cardiac run up. Did nothing to investigate my throat or stomach. Then when I questioned Kaitlin Elizabeth Shaw PA she got mad and walked out of room. I will be filing a complaint against this physician.

My friend had surgery and a weeklong stay. She had great care and everyone was wonderful. I stayed in Hospitality House and although bare bones for the room, the stay was pleasant.

If I could give this hospital emergency room a zero I would. Nurses talk about patients derogatorily while at the desks. They are rude. It took four hours for me to get pain meds. It took 45 minutes to get a cup of water. Find another place to go to would be my advice. Sub par care.

I call Banner Infectious Disease and speak to the receptionist. I called 970-810-5120. The receptionist verified they are Banner Infectious Disease. I ask for my doctor. Receptionist says she's worked that office for years, she does not have a Doc by that name. I spell it out three times and ask her three times to verify that I am mistaken. Receptionist is rude and belligerent. I then speak to my regular Doctor right after. Regular Doctor verifies the phone number and Infectious Disease Dr is correct, they cannot explain this totally confused receptionist. I'm convinced I'm going to die here with people this incompetent before I can get the basic care needed to keep me alive.

It is NOT a good hospital....at all This last time, a surgery had to be done twice. Twice because he had to go fix his first mess up.

I did not come to Greeley with the reality of a cancer diagnosis. The dreaded "C" word was not in my nomenclature until early March, 2022 when during a routine mammogram, I was told I had "a suspicious" spot on the film. By April 18, that spot had been given a name -- cancer tumor -- and was out of my body. I was lucky -- it was not an aggressive form of the disease, and it was over and done by the M.D. Anderson Cancer Hospital right here in Greeley. Located through Door 8 at Northern Colorado Medical Center, the services provided almost entirely by women professionals are clear, organized and first-rate. World-class resource for women -- right here in town. In my eight-decades of life, I've never had better medical treatment. Thanks Dr. Kelsey Shea, and peerless staff of professional women and men. We have had 2 inpatient stays and several outpatient visits. Without exception, the treatment as well as the care received was above and beyond our expectations. We appreciate the caring and well-qualified personnel. God bless and protect each of you!

Last visit at the ER the doctor was very rude. Upon being discharged was not given any instructions for my return home. No prescriptions were written which should of been. The discharge papers had a completely different reason written on them then what the actual reason why I came to the ER for.The visit before that several doctors peeked their head in to say they were my doctor but never came back. Finally a wonderful doctor came in to see me and told me everything that was going on. The nurse I had at that time however had told me a completely different diagnosis then what the kind doctor that came to my rescue completely explained to me. Very unsatisfactory, with the exception of the one kind doctor.

i was there for severe knee pain that started last night and i ended up waking up with the swelling still bad and my knee was hot and there was bruising. just had to make sure it wasn't something that could harm me. went in there and the system for computers crashed. things happen. but then the nurse was complaining that she was gonna go home if it did. whatever you feel is best dude go you. then i finally got to see a doctor. i thought it was gonna be okay considering my knee was hurting and i had been told my meniscus was torn months prior. no. i got yelled at by the doc instead to stop telling people it was torn (diagnosis from another hospital months prior). then told me i was fine. bud if i was fine i wouldn't be here. gave me two options. rest for 24 hours or steroid shot. i don't like shots to begin with and i sure as shit don't want one if it's only gonna make my knee stop hurting for 6 or so hours. so i was given ace bandages and told to call a knee doc. alright. cool. had to send my bd back in to grab me a drs note for work and doc said no. what. i need it for work. all i need is that i was there. thats it. this hospital sucks dude. how are you gonna treat patients like that. get a new career or a hobby. sheesh.

Watch out for their billing department. Evidently ria Radiology imaging doesn't care if they get correct information for billing.

I had my child at Ncmc in February 2020. I moved right after and made sure I personally called all options I knew to change my address so they could send my bill to the correct place. It is now July and I still have not received a bill even though I have called at least 20 times (not joking) to make sure my address was correctly changed. Every time they say it is and then I receive a call stating I need to pay my bill from their automated system. I have talked to employees and managers and apparently no one there can do their job correctly and have wasted much of my time waiting on hold for nothing to get done. I would not choose banner even though they have great doctors because their billing is absolutely terrible and they will screw something up for you guaranteed. They want all your money but can't figure out how to put in an address to send you a bill.

I took my husband to the emergency room for chest pains, they ended up admitting him so they could run some tests and monitor him. His blood pressure was really high and they needed to get it down. He was there for about 26 hours from the time we walked in until discharged, and not once did anyone even bring him some water to drink or anything. When he asked about getting something to eat and drink they said they would check if that was ok then never came back. This was not our first bad experience there but it will be our last. We will never go there for anything ever again. Our insurance has denied the claim, because they did not receive anything that tells them it was medically necessary to be admitted.

I've had several issues with banner health, and I try to avoid them at all costs. However, last week, I dislocated my knee while ice skating and the ambulance took me to this hospital. It was a generally pleasant experience at first, they were nice when my roommates came to visit and the nurses were sweet. However, two days later, I went back to banner for a follow up appointment and I got hardly any information besides a " you're fine and keep doing what you're doing". I had to get an MRI as well, they weren't going to schedule me one for another week but I pushed to get one the next day. There was no after-visit summary or anything. When I got there the next day to get an MRI, they weren't ready, they were still turning on lights in the waiting room, and overall it seemed incredibly unprofessional. Three days after my MRI, I still hadn't received my results that they said they would call me for. After calling them myself, they informed me that they've had my results since about an hour after my MRI, but they never told me. When I went to pick up my results, they didn't have a copy yet, were unprepared for me to come even though I called ahead, and overall communication didn't seem to be a priority. When I went to a different orthopedist (at a different location), I was told that I needed a new brace, possibly surgery if it didn't improve, and physical therapy, which I was not told at banner health. Overall, my biggest flaw with this company is that they are very unprofessional and not very good with time-management. The nurses at this location are very sweet though, as well as the security guards. I've never had an issue with them, and they supported me when I was angry at the rest of my visit. Thank you to them! However, if you can help it, stay away from Northern Colorado Medical Center.

I was quickly checked into the emergency room. I received great care while there and when it became evident that I would need surgery the next morning I was given a room upstairs. The care there was even better. The nurses and CNA's who assisted me during my 2 days & 2 nights stay were attentive and kind. The food was pretty good for hospital food (except for the chicken soup don't order that). Overall I received excellent care.

I actually don't have any complaints about the medical care that I have received here. I had a medical procedure and ER visit that went fine, the staff was courteous and I was well taken care of. The medical offices and physician's offices sent me bills that were paid on time, but I received a bill from a collection agency and this is the first contact I have had regarding this particular bill. I don't know what it is for (again, medical procedure and ER visit), just that it was sent to collections. It really bothers me to have the first contact regarding a bill to be a notice of delinquency when other agencies dealing with the hospital have contacted me and received payment just fine.
