Just got a home loan and wanted to move to a different bank, went into the bank and was told they wouldn't open an account with me because of something that was on my credit report that my home lender didn't care about. And this is just for a Checking and savings account. Went to Security Services and was extremely satisfied that NCCU told us no.

Poor customer service, wrong information given to customer, I’ve been a member for close to 15 yrs and they couldn’t add my children as authorized users even though I was advised it could be done and that I needed to come in person. I came in person and branch manager said sorry but adding children to my credit card accounts is not approved by them. I live in Fort Collins, so for me to drive all the way here to the office was a huge waste of time and furthermore all the other credit companies had zero issues adding my children as authorized users.

The staff is phenomenal. Nothing makes my day more than walking into NCCU and seeing the smiling faces greeting me. I would recommend this credit union to anyone in the area. They have a community first mindset and you can tell!

Disgrace to credit unions in Greeley co. They lost my first credit card in the mail and now I’m 2 months with no card and the hassle of going in the credit union to pull cash every time I need to. Don’t trust these people.

I do not mind what the nature of your job is, or if you have investments in the stock market, truth is, i am successful at my job and as an investor. Life have not really been so easy until i started buying Bitcoin in 2017. I am not a trader i only bought and held in cold storage. Today i am proud of these steps and i adjoin anyone reading this to start hedging into Bitcoin and find a mentor to educate you on other layer 1 crypto assets that you can hold. Until the blockchain technology and all my experience of investing, if i was told $20,000 can make you a millionaire in such a short period, i wouldn't believe that. But even less than that amount adequately diversified can do just the same magic. Ask

Well they will work hard to get you as a member but after that the customer service is almost none existence. The last three months I've been trying to just get thier loans department to just call me back and nothing. They even get my wife name completely wrong when mailing letters. I cannot recommend them based on their service. Rates are nice if they don't give you an intentional wrong score though (always lower than the actual score). Another warning, if you use the online loan application they pull your credit before you even finish the application or authorize it.

I would just like to take the time to let every one know that this place is truly amazing ! Tony has helped me through huge decisions in regards of a car, credit card, and overall a good way to help build my credit. Tony was very transparent and made sure to help me find out what i think was best for me! I recommend this place to absolutely everybody now!

I've been with this credit union since they were College Credit Union! I've never had a problem with anyone here! I absolutely love Perla! She is awesome!

I was paired with a rookie loan officer to facilitate my recent used car purchase. He made several mistakes, then lied to me repeatedly in an attempt to cover his tracks. Reaching a supervisor was virtually impossible. Multiple messages were left, but calls were never returned. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was absolutely unacceptable.

EVERYONE I have done business with at the CU has always been so helpful and polite and I feel like they truly appreciate my business. I've been with them for over 20 years. I've had bad experiences at other banks with poor customer service. I've never experienced that with our CU!
