I love this location! I see others saying go to Fort Collins, but other than Fort Collins being a larger store this store is SO much better! The staff are friendly. I typically like to show up right when they open and they are usually done with my buy within 15-30 minutes. I usually get a decent amount of money for my buy. In Fort Collins, I was the 3rd person to drop off my stuff in the morning and 2.5 hours later they had just started looking at my stuff and it was only because I got upset. Keep up the good work Greeley OUAC!

I take my kids clothes that they outgrow here. It's nice to get some $ for them. They have lots of options to buy. Good prices. I bought my son Nike cleats for $12

Not very professional customer service, it's understandable to be busy and running a tad behind. But telling a customer that something will take an hour and then making them wait two hours is ridiculous.

Heavy set blonde female employee with glasses and thin lips is very rude . I dread going in there because of her . I see a lot of reviews here saying they rather go to Fort Collins and it looks like I will be doing the same. The deals and clothes are great. Rarely get a good happy employee here. I also do wonder how much knowledge they have about name brands and how clothing looks. A lot of the stuff I have was worn one time and are high end brands as well that weren’t taken . They need more training because the store is missing out on this money that they could be making off these name brands. I hope some additional training can be provided to make the experience of being there a better one and want to have people go in consistently. Good Luck.

The day time staff is beyond rude. I was given a lot of attitude when i was checking out. One staff member had a huge hole in her shirt and the older male was making inappropriate conversation with one of the other female employees.

the worst experience i’ve eve had at a once upon a child. these girls were rude on the phone and didn’t buy any of my freshly washed clothes. told me they smelt bad and were wet. i had just washed them and freshly dried them. checked the whole box after picking up again, none were wet. as a mother who barely has any time to myself, i am very upset that i wasted two hours of my life to this store.

Certain things are… cheaper than new… like books and shoes, but many clothing items can be found cheaper new! Most working there (I think one is the owner) don’t seem happy to interact with children/the public, though you’d think it’d be a place happy to see kids & parents.

Best place to buy used kids clothes, toys, shoes, cribs, strollers and so much more. Selling on the other hand you really don't get a good bang for your buck on that butt it makes us for it with how affordable everything is.

I wouldn't give it one star......By far the rudest visit of my life and I work for one. Receipt was thrown on the floor, change thrown into my hand and counter, and a shirt was thrown like a piece of trash when it was a outfit and had pants to go with it so she pulled the shirt out and threw it out of the bin. I have a five year old and a three month old I took the time to wash, fold and put sets together and was given back my bag of stuff thrown together, if you would like your stuff given to you all like that please let us know next time so I dont have to take time out of my day and away from my children to be doing what is asked when its disregarded and given back to me the way it did.I'm a livid with this place, u need better help.I came here to see of the reviews on this place was false and was hoping so. I'm so wrong
