The people who work at this store are amazing. They are incredibly helpful and patient. Mikayla was so kind to me this afternoon when I needed to get my phone replaced. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. It felt like she had my best interests in mind while she was assisting me.

Gave us a motem not compatible with our security system this is the biggest joke of a company I've ever seen hit allo up great customer service they actually do thier jobs and get you right xfinity is by far the worst provider I've ever had! Technicians are lazy and worthless

No customer service at all. You cannot get ahold of anyone for any kind of help at all. In store they do the bare minimum and push you out the door. The customer service representative did nothing at all to try to keep us as a customer. Good luck talking to anyone over the phone and the chat support is worthless as well.

What today is the day after Thanksgiving and no service! I've had your service less than 2 months and it's the second time it's been out!! I am about to find some other way of getting my Wi-Fi other than your crappy business!! Very unsatisfied and I knew better then to pick your company for my needs!! And I see I'm not the only one that has one star for your crappy service!!

Jake was super helpful and eagerly ready to help me when I walked in. He was informative and answered all my questions. I intially needed a new box becasue mine was sent to the wrong address and he made it super eaay to get it corrected. He also told me about the phone plan special that is being run, and it really made me consider it as an option. I am grateful for his help!

Worst service ever. It is glitchy at best. I would not recommend and look to change both phone and Internet. They also have the worst customer service.

Lalo Rodriguez helped me get a new router for better service in record time! Not only did he have me out in under 3 minutes, whilst ensuring all my questions and concerns and addressed to my satisfaction, he also gave me a few pointers about some existing Deals that were relevant to some current problems I was looking to remedy, that I do plan on taking up assuming life matters allow me to do so.
Most importantly, he did not mess up anything with my account, nor did he try to push anything unwanted or unnecessary. He got my problems solved, quickly and easy, and had me on my way and all the better for it!
Thank you, 4530 Centerplace!! Hopefully, I'll see you early next year about a brand new phone!

Worst service ever, from customer service, to technical support, to billing, to transferring phones to another provider. One representative told us, after being asked to give us minute to confirm information provided, "NO, I gave you what you asked for, so you hang up or I will". Rude and when asked to help with something else, he had no idea what we were asking and said he cannot and to go to store or mobile app. I dislike how they wheel you in and when need help XFINITY/COMCAST just throw you under a bus and transfer you from one department and another department. They do not want to help!

Getting chat support for any issues is impossible. Allo is going to shut them down. It's only a matter of time now. Btw allo doesn't have a data cap, and they offer higher speeds at the same price. Xfinity has become a joke
