It’s unfortunate this is our only internet option (for my upload/download speed needs) in the area. Customer service is difficult to get a hold of and when you do they don’t give you correct information. For jobs that rely on the internet working, this sucks.

As a college student I need access to good fast internet. Brett W. was nice enough to get me and my girlfriend set up with an account and answered all my questions! He was the nicest sales consultant and would recommend to anyone!

I was having issues with fedex delivering my equipment. Went into this location and Aiden helped us out! He was super helpful and made the process so much easier! This location is amazing!

3 days of issues with my current phone which transferred to a brand new phone (not xfinity fault btw). Tyler went above and beyond with exceptional customer service, I own/run my own business and understand 5 star service, he exemplifies what it means to show a customer they aren’t just another number and caring for my experience. Lalo also was great, he helped me after Tyler was off his shift. Both these guys made my problems with the phone bearable and easy to deal with. Thanks guys!

Do they even train their employees. Without internet for a week and on and off still because nobody knows what they are doing. Bunch of idiots. Told me my address was never on file when I have had internet here for 2 years now. Used my own equipment and they cancelled my internet because I don’t need an installation. What a joke.

an employee named benito lied to me for an hour and made me pay $130 for no reason!! i was then told i was being condescending and rude. i want to take my business elsewhere but they won't let me yet. going to try to go in today AGAIN to upgrade my phone.

My wife was transitioning to to the world of smart phones after having used a flip-phone for years; I was in the market for another smart phone with a new provider. xFinity came recommended to me by several friends. I want to commend Tyler, our chief sales contact, for the way he served us over two days. We were impressed enough the first day to ask for him the second day even thought we had to wait for quite awhile (we didn't have an appointment). When he encountered a delay with his current customers, he walked over to us and said, "I don't want you to wait any longer, so I'm going to multi-task," and he proceeded to begin helping us. Tyler demonstrated patience with us older folks making the transition. He was kind and very adept with getting us set up on our new phones, never pressuring us, honest when he encountered a glitch, knowledgeable to resolve the glitches expeditiously. We felt pretty pampered. We are very thankful that Tyler was the one who served us during this often mystifying transition. What a difference between my experience with "customer support" on the previous carrier, with whom I spent several hours talking to non-native-English-speaking agents who cut me off several times and never ended up resolving the issue. Thanks, Tyler! I hope you get this review and get your free lunch!

Our home Internet has been out for three days. For some reason, my address is blocked and no one knows why or can resolve the problem. But a ticket is open with Tier 3. Super! ?Between my boyfriend and myself, we spent 3+ hrs on online chats and were passed around to 17+ agents, none of whom could rectify the problem.I came to this store yesterday after being told by one of the gazillion reps we spoke with that I was authorized on the account. Nope. So I was turned away from the store, even after showing the official Comcast chat transcript.When I asked to see a manager, the rep at the desk (Rebekah) said he was "in a meeting". Riiiight. But, I could call the manager (Marvin Saquil). How handy that there is no phone number on his business card!! I emailed and got a response but still, no resolution. And no reply to the 2nd email when I asked for a bill credit and no response to the 3rd email when I let him know it's now Day 3.My boyfriend visited the store today and was also told that Marvin was "in a meeting" (ha!). After he refused to leave, Marvin magically was no longer in his never-ending meeting.Has the problem been resolved? Nope.My boyfriend ended up staring a brand new account and a new profile. It's working ... for now. Maybe Tier 3 took care of the ticket. Who knows.Comcast used to lead the way in dissatisfied customers. No surprise that the rebranded Xfinity is exactly the same.

Can't answer a basic question. Directs me to a customer service phone number that took 7 people 3 hours to still not answer my question. Xfinity is a joke and the customer service sucks. I'm looking into other cell phone providers. I don't do business with a company that doesn't value it's customers.

We changed our service from T-Mobile to Xfinity at this store. The service we received was a dramatic contrast with the service that we received at number of T-Mobile stores across three states. T-Mobile was deplorable to the point of being insulting, The Greeley Xfinity was helpful to the point of being enjoyable. Notably, Mr. Brett Wieting's customer service skills were exemplary. He spent over two hours with us building a plan and porting our phones. We highly recommend this Comcast Xfinity store.

I’m beyond frustrated, apparently what’s on the website and in store are completely different. Website says we have 21 days to turn a phone on when asking the associate I get a vague answer of “no, I’ll get im trouble” offering no explanation or compromise.. I can’t name an associate specifically because she either doesn’t wear a name tag or it’s hidden

If you need something done, talk to LAURA LAURA LAURA LAURA LAURA…. I cannot express enough how patient and helpful she was when trying to help me deal with change my phone into a new account number.Xfinity/corporate literally would rather you battle robots and people overseas for hours on end than just have a real human help you in five minutes.I would vote Laura as president of the US. Absolute stud and absolute godsend to any kind of customer service.Xfinity/Comcast are you listening???? Make this woman CEO! She’s better than ALL OF YOU

I switched my service today to Xfinity mobile and was helped by Brett. He is absolutely awesome! He is knowledgeable and helpful. There was an issue with my Apple Watch getting connected to cellular. Brett took the time to make sure my issue got resolved and was infinitely patient while working with me and escalating the issue through Xfinity tech support. Thank you, Brett! You’re a rockstar!
