Used the Vetco and had a wonderful experience. Our kat GiGi is very difficult to handle and our visit was for worms.
Dr. Moose and Brittany were amazing!
They were able to give her a shot and meds, something no one else has been able to or willing to do because of her attitude. I am so thankful for their work and appreciate them both!
Highly recommend and they are priced right!

People nice, but the store itself is gross. Crickets all over the floors. Bathrooms were filthy and the whole place just had a grimey feel to it and smelled really bad.

Like this store for checking out fish. Had good luck getting saltwater fish here. I see a lot of variety of fish here, but, the store needs a better way to get assistance when you find something you want. All their help is always somewhere else.

Had the most bizarre experience with an employee (Becca) there tonight. We purchased our 4 year old son a fish tank set up for Christmas. We set up the tank and let it set for a week or two and planned on letting him pick out a fish or two tonight. We looked at the fish for about 30 minutes and once we decided on our fish we asked an employee to help us out. We originally wanted an angel fish or two and possibly a bottom feeder for our 10 Gallon tank. I showed her the angel fish we were thinking of and she rudely said “no, those grow to the size of softballs and are aggressive”. Then proceeded to tell us she has 50 at home in a tank… so why aren’t we allowed to buy one or two if they are in a tank together at the store? I understand if they are too big for the tank we have, but explain that to us instead of the rude remarks. Then we asked her about another, much smaller fish, also in a tank with other fish. She escalated the situation, when she accused us of “fighting the fish” and refused to sell us anything at all. Way to ruin our son’s Christmas present and allow those animals to miss a chance to have a home. Our 4 year old left crying. So bizarre and absurd. Do better!!!
Not to mention this isn’t our first poor encounter with this same employee. We also had purchased a hamster for our nephew and got a lecture about “stressing the hamster out” with the cage set up PetCo sold us. She allows her opinions to be shared at inappropriate times and it needs to be addressed.

I've been purchasing every necessity my cats need from here since August of 2024, and I am just super impressed with the kindness, professionalism and knowledge bases that the employees here carry. Firstly, Shayla was so friendly and making jokes with me at the register after I noticed our names are one letter off from being the same. Oli has been super helpful on the cat front of things, as being a fur parent to two foster kittens was hard, and they were right there with all of the right recommendations and tips for my babies to have a smooth moving in and adjusting process, as we've gotten a new apartment. Becca is also super helpful on the reptile and enclosed animal front of things, as I know very little about reptile care, and was curious about the different habitat requirements each animal requires. I left the store feeling way more informed and much more confident in my knowledge in reptile care, and could definitely see myself looking into adopting a reptile in the future when I can properly support its needs. Pistachio's handler, Kawai (forgive me if I mispelled his name😅) was really knowledgeable in the different birds offered, and even knew their individual personalities then I asked him a couple of months ago. Bunch of AWESOME people here, and I won't go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.

Exceptional service from Summer Simino, dog groomer! She was friendly and put our dog at ease. She did a very nice job. I would highly recommend that you request her, for your pet care needs.

Came for 1 dog toy... the checkout lady stopped the person paying she was helping to tell me where to stand instead of just finishing doing her job and helping me next... with no one else in line.. makes complete sense to stop helping a customer to direct me where to stand for another 10 seconds 🤣🤭.. I was ready to pay and go.. she needs more to do at her job clearly.
I will never step foot inside this store again.

The staff is helpful and friendly. They had everything I needed. Their prices were noticeably lower than PetSmart. I was surprised to see that their price for cat litter was the same as WalMart. Nice! This store is highly recommended.
