Phil's remains the best auto service shop I've ever found! What a great feeling to know that whatever they suggest or recommend is 100% the truth and not trying to make a buck on the customer. Entire staff is so respectful, patient with questions and very informative. Service advisor Mike is outstanding at explaining things with patience and kindness. Just love this place!

Mechanics met me outside before my scheduled appointment. Fast& efficient. Online appointment setup was intuitive too. No upsell, just legit services I needed. Pics of problems discovered with approval option. I’ll be back for sure.

After moving back to Greeley I needed a GOOD service shop for my 2015 Tahoe. I'm a review reader and the ones I saw pointed me in the right direction. Phil's was a pleasure from the start of the phone call to set the appointment to the fast service.
Phil's will be my "go to" and I highly recommend them!

Went to Phil’s pro auto shop for the first time for an oil change & engine air filter change & they did awesome! Very nice people who take their work serious. The lady at the front who helped me was kind.

Since moving to Greeley in 2019 Phil's Pro has taken care of multiple vehicles for me and is always wonderful! Their team is professional and timely. I love the lists they send me that prioritize the issues found, that include pictures and descriptions. This allows me to plan repairs within a budget.

I chose Phil’s because the earliest time the dealership could take my car was in a month. I made a good choice. Phil’s was able to diagnose, repair and get my car back on the road in 2 days. They were upfront about repairs and cost. Everything was explained well. I plan on bringing my car back here for future care.
