Placed an order just one hour ago. The sent out the pizza but not the Donut bites. It happens however when I tried calling to rectify the issue I was disconnected 4 times. The lady at the call center was absolutely amazing but I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the actual store. Look like I'm out 12 bucks. Terrible customer service.

What happened to Pizza Hut? Toppings were so paper thin and sparse. If they were any thinner, they would be non-existant. At $2 per topping, this was pathetic. Pan crust more like hand tossed, not at all like it used to be. When asked about my pop, the driver replied, "Oh, was there a pop? I'll go get it from my car." Would he have kept it if I had not asked? Neither the website nor the app would let me use my rewards for breads sticks, even though I had enough points. Fries kinda soggy. Was not given a receipt. Hadn't had Pizza Hut in a long time but got a 40% off coupon and thought I'd try. Was still expensive. Won't be giving my business again that's for sure.

Busy‼️The Poor Girl that Was the Only Employee Spotted my 30 minutes waiting was Working Very Hard! She Did a Great Job Despite Being Backed up a Bit and Busy. My order was complete and tasted great! Thanks to Her it all was done ry!Parking: Limited but plenty for all. Just a One way in and out lot.

Order was placed at about 5pm with 30-40 minute delivery. By 6pm I tried calling the store, never got answered (rings until disconnected). I also noticed the order time had been changed to 6pm (which was wrong). Order arrived about 7pm.

I messed up the timing on an order and called immediately. My order was canceled, read back to me, the new timing and order placed, financial expectations explained, and everything worked out perfect. Super Pleased.

Love this pizza hut! The staff is soooo friendly and accommodating, the food is great and the delivery driver Calvin is so awesome and kind!! Thank you Calvin and pizza hut staff for always being great!!

EXTREMELY UPSET AND WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT ON 29TH STREET IN GREELEY COLORADO EVER AGAIN!!! OUR ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG! WE WERE NEVER EVEN GIVEN A RECEIPT TO SIGN FOR OUR ORDER! IT TOOK US CALLING 15 TIMES FOR A STORE ASSOCIATE TO ANSWER. WHEN WE DID FINALLY GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE, THEY WERE OF NO HELP! THE MANAGER WOULD NOT EVEN COME TO THE PHONE! WE EXPLAINED TO THE ASSOCIATE THAT WE WERE WILLING TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE ORDER OR HAVE THE DELIVERY DRIVER COME BACK AND GET IT. UNFORTUNATELY FOR US THEY WOULDN'T DO EITHER ONE!! THEY LITERALLY TOLD US THAT WE COULD BRING THE ORDER BACK TO THEM!! SERIOUSLY!!! WE ORDERED DELIVERY FOR A REASON!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! THE ONLY THING WE WANTED WAS, TO GET WHAT WE HAD ORDERED AND THEY WOULDN'T EVEN DO THAT! THEY WOULDN'T GIVE US A REFUND OR CORRECT OUR ORDER! (What we did get from Pizza Hut.... was an associate telling us that he was sorry, and that they were so busy, so swamped with more orders then they could handle, and that nobody at the store had time to talk to us much less help us at all!!!)SOMEONE FROM PIZZA HUT/ EITHER FROM THE STORE OR PIZZA HUTS CORPORATE OFFICE NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FROM WHAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A "CREDIBLE" RESTAURANT CHAIN. WORST PIZZA HUT IN MY 45 YEAR HISTORY!!! OUR ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG!!!!!!!! IT TOOK US ALMOST AN HOUR AND CALLING 15 DIFFERENT TIMES TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER. THEN BOTH THE ASSOCIATE (who you could only half understand) & THE MANAGER WE'RE VERY VERY RUDE AND WOULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT OUR ENTIRE ORDER BEING WRONG!!! (We even offered to send them pictures. They literallytold us to come there. "SERIOUSLY!!!!!!" That's why we paid for delivery!!!WE TOLD THEM THEY COULD COME PICK UP THE ORDER THAT WAS WRONG.... OF COSE THEY WOULDN'T.. Place is a joke ordered online and had my trailer hook to my truck went in to pay and asked if they could bring it out to me on the side of the building she said I had to be in a contactless parking spot so I was going to pull around and take all spots with trailer and she asked if I wouldn’t and if I was parked where the delivery drivers park I had to move so I canceled my order and left guess they would rather lose money then bring me my food I worked in the food industry for many years you do what you have to to keep customers happy and coming back guess I’ll be ordering pizza from dominoes from now on
