“4 stars only because they lock the doors during non-business hours, to keep the homeless & addicts from camping out in the lobby. That means you can't access your PO Box except during business hours. Other than that, the staff are friendly and helpful. It tends to be a busy location, but they do their best to keep the line moving.”
“Domonique provided a great experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. I had an important document that needed to be mailed out. Hand writing the correct address was important. My dominant writing hand was injured. She was willing to write the address out for me. I appreciated that help.”

“Eaton post office does an excellent job. The staff is so friendly. We accidentally put something in our mailbox that didn’t have postage on it yet. It was a lockbox so we couldn’t get it out. We called and explained the situation. We were told it would be a few days before they could retrieve it- which was fine with us! But then, Nicole went above and beyond!! Within hours Nicole has retrieved it and rang our doorbell to personally deliver it back to us. Wow!!! This is outstanding customer service. Thanks Nicole!!”
“Downtown location is 10stars. Always willing to go above and beyond for customers.
I was there right at closing, someone showed up after the doors were locked. Manager let them in and helped get their package sent. Amazing!
Other locations seem to close at least 5 minutes early.
