This place is a joke. The two gals that work in the office are awesome but management is only out for themselves. They are inconsiderate to the customers and turn a blind eye to the transient people who jump their fence and the people who live there in the units. If you want a safe place to store your goods, look elsewhere.

These guys have been fantastic to work with. My boyfriend and I are storing our skoolie on property and, the ladies in the office are my very favorite storage facility ladies I’ve talked to in Northern CO. And, I did talk to 10+ places. Most people wouldn’t let us work on our bus- Poudre River Storage did. That’s why we happily drive 45+ mins out of the way for them. AND, they have gone above and beyond with their help and hospitality.

The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable. The site is immaculately clean and well kept. There are no potholes in the rows between the parked campers. Love that there is a dump station on site and that the entire site is monitored 24/7.

We called late in the afternoon for an RV spot and Tammy was awesome in staying late to get us set up. She was so nice and efficient, everything went so smoothly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to park their RV.
