Thank you for your service and expertise. We purchased a new dryer from Lynette, who took extraordinary time answering questions. I am currently drying my first load of laundry in the new dryer. Lynette, thank you for all of your help. Juan and his coworker arrived exactly when they said they would, were very professional and quick. Thank you both for making the delivery experience so positive. I did attempt to utilize the Home Depot Survey site...to express our gratitude for all the Home Depot employees who created a positive experience. The survey site is the only experience with Home Depot that is less than user friendly. To all the humans, Thank you.

Went to Home Depot to pick up supplies for fence. Got all my pickets picked out and asked the gentleman if they could bring me some better 4x4 sorry to say but they took too long getting the 4 x 4's over there. I just left my cart and got out of the store. They need to do some improvements on cleaning the areas up as well.

The home depot in Greeley has almost everything I need. Hours are great and they even have food outside, sometimes. It's a great place but the customer service is not very great. No one comes to help you, if you page someone to help, it'll take then 30 minutes just to come. There are some really good employees but the bad ones are more in numbers and overpowers the good ones. I will keep going but whenever I'm in Loveland or Fort Collins, I would prefer going to the home depot out there.

I went in the other day looking for some electrical wire. Trying to find help is ridiculous and a joke. The so called electrical guy had no idea what I was talking about or looking for even though I showed him a pictures that are on the home depot website and still he had no idea what it was. You need to get people in there that have alittle idea of what there department is about.

In store review, worse worst store ever for being able to get the parts that I need and to get the help that I need I've been waiting around for like 45 minutes because they supposedly called somebody and I still have yet to see somebody from the power tools department overheard help me. I do not recommend this place for anybody who really really wants to get proper help with their stuff. If I don't get help in the next 5 minutes I will probably leave because I'm tired of waiting around for them to get off their butt stop watching everybody on camera and actually do their job.

I placed an order online last night. Everything showed in stock. Called this morning because I never received notification that it was ready for pick up and the lady told me to come in and they would just pull the order because it wasn't ready yet. I sent my daughter to pick it up curbside and a CSR came out and said the swamp cooler was sold this morning and if I wanted the pressure washer I ordered I would have to go inside to get a refund on the swamp cooler first. The whole reason of ordering online is to not have to go into the store. Needless to say I canceled the whole $1300 order and went to Lowe's. I even called Home Depot to speak to a manager and was on hold for 25 minutes and they refused to speak to me. Very bad customer service! I will go to Lowe's from now on.

While some of the employees are trying, for the most part the service is poor. I waited almost an hour for a phoned in order pick up. (Home Depot texted me that the order was ready.) When they finally brought the order out there were products missing and others were the wrong sizes. The employee said they would be right back with the correct products. I waited another half an hour and no one came out so I called in from the parking lot. Evidently they had forgotten all about me. In addition most of the products are now made in china and are junk. We do not support China due to the severe human rights violations and try to buy US made products. Not much luck there.

We bought 4 appliances from this store and had a gas line ran for the new range. They charged us $100 to have the plumber come out and give us an estimate. After they charged us, I had to call 3 times to even get on the plumbers schedule. So our appliances came before the gas line was ran so we couldn't have the range installed even though we paid for that service too. Then they forgot the plug for the range that we purchased and tried to tell us it would take 7 days for someone to get back out here. We are currently evacuating our home (with our small children) for the SECOND time, because their plumber has caused gas leaks TWICE. After spending $6000+ and dealing with all this Home Depot does not care. They haven't offered any compensation or even help in getting a plumber out here in any kind of timely manner.

Poor, incompetent employees and customer service. Zero enforcement of quality. I contacted the corporate customer service because the mangers were unable to assist me. Poor customer service and horrible management. This place should be ashamed of how it's staffs, how it functions. I would rather they do a clean slate and remove all the supervisors/manager and start from scratch. Especially the awful front end.

I have had countless bad experiences in this store but today was my last straw I will not be going back. I highly suggest ordering online or going to Lowe's if you want any sort of help or knowledgeable staff. I did a online pick up in store order today because I really don't like shopping this store and try to avoid being in here and yet again they proved even just picking up a item will result in unprofessional behavior. I would have been much happier about the pick up if I didn't have to hear the two employees behind the counter talking about custody lawyers and the woman's husbands ex wife being so volatile. Come on. This is a store. They are here to help customers. The last thing I want to have to hear is all about these employees out of work drama and bashing of the step child's biological mother. That was not only unprofessional but disrespectful to the situation and me as a customer. I'm very disappointed to see this is what the employees do with there time. I guess it makes sense why I can't get any help when I'm in store shopping, employees are too busy trading drama stories to actually help! I literally did a online pick up order so I didn't have a bad experience like I do every other time I come in! I had both my children with me, ages 8 & 5 that wasn't an appropriate conversation for me to hear let alone my children!!!! Wow. This store needs some serious management help. But don't waste your time trying to speak to a manager because she won't call you back.

Funny how you try and plan ahead to support a local business and they are so incompetent, it makes you wonder why you just didn't order it online. I was looking for a particular tool and Ft Collins didn't have it, despite the store taking over 5 minutes to answer my call. It just rang and rang. So I called the Greeley store and a gentleman in hardware picked up, found the tool. I asked him to hold it up front under my name (only one left in stock) and I would make the 1/2 hour trip over to pick it up later in the day. I arrived at 6:30, went to the customer desk and told them there was a tool sitting there with my name on it. Well the two bright kids, who apparently were brighter than me, typed my name into the computer and said, there is no order for me. I slowly explained that it was sitting on a shelf with my name on it (apparently a new concept for millennials). They not only didn't look for it, they looked at me like I was nuts and told me to go to hardware to find it, because they didn't have it. I decided to play along, but after 30 minutes of not finding it on the shelf despite this elderly gentleman trying his best. Fine - call the manager. 10 minutes later a manager shows up and again after not finding it, I said can we please just go back to Customer desk and look on all the shelves. One minute after he starts looking, he finds it with my name on it. Shocker right. So Home Depot, how about you train your customer service staff to think outside the box and above all -- teach them the role I learned 40 years ago -- "The customer is ALWAYS right" You turned what should have been a 5 minute stop into a 40 minute nightmare.

This location is close to my house. I haven't had any issues with anyone here. Everyone has been very sweet and helpful. We just closed on our house, 1st home Ever. We are renovating it and so far have gotten most everything from Home Depot. They have had everything we have needed. Prices are fair compared to other similar stores. Bathrooms are very clean.
