Every mobile deposit I have ever done has been available within a maximum of 2 hours. I visited this branch one time, and my check is listed it on hold for a week.The only reason I went into a branch is because I needed the money right then. Completely unacceptable.As a side note, the teller I spoke with seemed actively opposed to helping me.

I’ve banked with Canvas for quite a few years and paid off quite a few loans. just recently, I cosigned for a person on a vehicle that Defaulted on two payments that I had to catch up myself. canvas credit union tried to charge me a $350 repossession fee on a vehicle that was never repossessed or recovered by any recovery agent. vehicle has been in my possession. Seek legal counsel With Adams law out of Denver Colorado and they advised me that a bank cannot charge you a repossession fee on a vehicle that has not been Recovered by a recovery agent. They also stated a bank Contract cannot be changed. The bank try to advise me that their new policy people have to pay a repossession fee even if the vehicle wasn’t repossessed Adams law is going to look into this and take my case possibly and also File a complaint with the attorney, general office against Canvas credit Union for wrongful practice in breach of contract..

forced into more accounts than needed. constant marketing and selling of information, it is never enough for canvas.

Constant overdaft fees if ur struggling. Also how is it that if i havnt been able to pay a bill u guys lockout the account? Been struggling and only had a little bit of money but was locked out of it today and told i cant use my checking until i pay the bill like wow really helpful. If ur someone who is going through money problems i dont recommend here

Joel helped me to open a new business account while training a new staff member, he was knowable and patient, as well as very professional, he was able to train someone new, while answering all my questions, I cant forget to mentioned that this was a walk in and they made it possible to help me with my needs same day with in minutes, I definitely recommend Canvas credit union !!

Walked in at 5:05pm to open my first business account. They told me sorry it normally takes 45mins. Didnt offer to make aure i had all the documents needed. Just a rude "You can comeback". That lost my trust in Canvas bank. I'll be banking at a place that will talk with me with 55mins left In a work day. You lost a big account think beforehand who pays your rent. It's customers and money. This answered my questions first hand.

Disappointed in the service. I was first to walk in and get told I need to wait to bell helped yet an appointment isn’t necessary. There was 3 of you and only 3 people to help. Why was I not able to be helped? Let’s say I walked out to take my business to another branch.

I have had good service so far. Have only been a member since shortly before they went to Canvas. The Lobby staff was very friendly and super helpful. I appreciate their time and work with myself and my son as we both made some changes to accounts.

I've been unemployed do to covid 19. got a new job, but not before falling a month behind on my payments but Canvas will not be lenient to help me get caught up. These millionaires need my 260 dollars right now.
