The lady that helped me was fine. Not very friendly but was quick and found the vein even though it was not an easy find. Fairly quick. A bit expensive.

Impossible to speak to someone. I need clarification on coverage with my insurance because Quest no longer shows up in the new Tricare/Triwest provider directory where I'm located. I tried calling billing and still could not speak with someone. They direct you to do everything online or via the phone.

Says they open at 7am…8am and everyone who had appointments at 7am/7:30am are still not taken care of because NO ONE CAME TO WORK TODAY AT QUEST. Left us all here fasted and without blood work.

Showed up 15 minutes early, and 15 minutes after the appointment time there was still 0 service and the door was even locked. They were supposed to be open.

I don't remember the employee that assisted me, but her patient care interactions were amazing. She was very attentive, genuinely curious, and eased any anxiety about getting blood drawn. Additionally, the wait time was appropriate, the results came back in less than 24 hours, and this was the second time I've used the service. Although it was priced a bit high, I still give them 5 stars for the ease of use and quick turnaround time.

My husband had to get some labs done and upon arrival, they claimed to not have orders, when my husband showed her his confirmation email she spoke to him like a 5 year old. Upon getting orders refaxed the woman clearly took her irritation out on the poor guy. My husband has had a ton of health problems and has had dozens of blood draws due to it, and has been told by more than a few phlebotomists that he has great veins and it is obvious watching. The tech at Quest had to "hunt for a vein." He then went on to have 2 blood draws the following morning at the hospital with no issues. Clearly the tech has some ethical issues.

Great friendly staff. Was kind and educated. Was quick in and out. Krystle is very kind and friendly. Helped me with my orders and took time to research and locate them.

Like the others I share the same experience. I showed up early, the gal working was more concerned about talking then the line of people backing up. After digging a needle around in my right arm ( note I have never had an issue with them finding a vein) she switch arms and continued the same insane moving the needle all around. Cleanliness is also an issue, with good and drink out around samples. I ended up being late to work even I set aside plenty of time. My suggestion is find a alternate location, not worth the headache.
Note the review below me, I am a straight white male and was treated the same as you. Maybe you are the only person that has an issue with how you identify..

I had a wonderful experience with the woman who did my wellness exam. I am very nervous when it comes to getting my blood drawn but the woman who drew my blood got it on the first try and it was not painful at all.

Greeley location is the worst to come to you will wait for yrs to get in even if you have an appointment.

Waited more than an hour for a simple biometric screening. The reason was it was a new employee. NOT an acceptable excuse. Couldn’t have driven to another center out of town and been back for I was taken for my appointment. Appointments mean nothing and just because you have one doesn’t mean you will be seen at that time!
