I’m actually a pretty regular customer at this small liquor store. They are normally very personable and helpful, and they recognize me and They are blocks from my home so it’s convenient. However, last night, Was an exception and I felt that I should post the incident so that perhaps the two gentlemen employees will not treat someone else the way I was treated again. Long story short, my card was declined because I was a few dollars short . So, I pulled out my change purse and said I would give them some change to make up the difference and have them run it thru again. It was dark, and I was fumbling, and they just kept telling me to “hurry up, they were closing in two minutes, they had other customers waiting. Either pay or leave” … by that time I was really flustered and embarrassed and dropping my change as I try to hand them thru the window. They were rude and disrespectful and didnt want to wait for another 2 quarters? So I told them to forget it and give me my money back I’d take my business somewhere else. They proceeded to roll eyes and sigh , like I just wasted their time. Handed me some change back (which they shorted me )!and I drove off empty handed. And ticked off at the whole thing. I thought change all spent the same, they had a paying customer buying from their business, why couldn’t they have just been patient? It wasn’t like I had to count out 30 bucks in dimes and nickels?! it was 5 minutes till midnight !! Anyways I gave them a 2 star rating ….Customer service was crap, and honestly I’m not sure I’ll go back.

Everyday I'm off of work at the same time I live just right by Rodriguez auto body so the liquor store is on my left as I'm going up the one way I swear it's so convenient having that drive through right there I mean if it was any better you know I could just run right over there and run back be back at work right after.
