The work boots require resoling and black dyeing. The resoling service is currently priced at $140, with an additional $30 for dyeing. This contrasts with the option of purchasing a new pair for $359.99, which would also incur a $30 dyeing charge. This represents the third pair of Red Wing boots I have owned. My professional background includes experience as a Schwan's representative in South Dakota and work in the oil fields across North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, and Utah. This is the first pair I have chosen to have resoled.

Had a great experience at the Red Wing store in Greeley! Devyn went above and beyond to help me find the right boots—super knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up with the Rio Flex, and they’re exactly what I needed—comfortable, durable, and great for all-day wear. I’ll definitely be back!

I went to the redwing store because my ankles and knees were in pain from long work hours(It doesnt help I'm flat footed). I met up with Tyler that was very helpful. He scanned my feet to find the perfect insoles for my needs. I left the store with the anti-fatigue elites.
I used the insoles for the next 8 days and I have to be honest the ankle and knee pain went away all together. Huge Thank you to redwing and Tyler.

I use Red Wings for work...I got my first pair about 5 years ago in denver.
For Christmas I was gifted a new pair from this store which just weren't right...we went in and it was a breeze to trade them in.
I got the same pair I had previously, but got them died black this time which previously I didn't know they did. Or maybe the Denver store didn't do.
It took about 3 or 4 days to die the boots...they look great!

I returned to this store to do a repeat purchase of the excellent work boots I had bought two years ago. Luckily the store had all my information on file since I no longer had the boots to verify the model. The gentleman on the phone when I called ahead, as well as the gentleman working the next day when I arrived at the store, were both very helpful and very friendly. Great customer service! Thank you.

I dropped off my boots on saturday for the 3rd or 4th repair on the eyelet of the Boa system on the Irish Setter Crosbys. I was called to come pick them up today and when I showed up I was surprised to find out that they just replaced my boots with a new pair. It's not common to find a company that stands behind their product like that and I'm a customer for life now.
