Worst customer service, I feel sorry for the ladies working there their faces say it all. I had an item to return unfortunately I had my receipt in my Fetch app where you can clearly scan the barcode to see my receipt. The cashier didn’t want to take it, ( too lazy to do it) only got merchandise credit. In the future I will drive 30 minutes to a different location. Greeley Ross your cashiers suck!

Always love the great deals, but a very dirty store. The bathroom is terrible, and there are always clothes all over the floor.

I was just in the store. I was appalled by how unkept it was. Merchandise was all over the floor, very unclean. Some of the food merchandise they are selling are opened.
Just disgusting, but it's Greeley. They just don't care and it shows.

This store is a nightmare. First super dirty and usually the lines are very long at the checkouts. Today it was better BUT the cashier was so unfriendly. Not ok. (The lady with the scar on her arm. Name tag wasn't visible) and when I walked out she talked shit about me. Horrible place

Never again. Line was to the back of the store and the store was in complete chaos… open packaging, garbage on the racks, and no organization. Left without buying anything.

I love ross, it is the place to find new stuff at cheap prices. It is a bit pricier than thrift stores, but with a bit of a digging it can be certainly worth it. I have found really nice pots, pans, and clothes here for really discounted prices.

Can typically find good deals. This one has better mens shoe selection than Fort Collins' Ross. However, similar to just about every other Ross store, they never have enough registers open, and you have to wait in WAY too long of lines. If it was properly staffed, it'd get a higher rating.

Just always seems short staffed. Clothes are just okay and not really cheaper then other places as it would make you think.
