Had issues and had to replace the windshield glass. They also tore up the side panels for "appearance" and have not put them back in. Make sure you ask for the original glass. They will put in the cheaper aftermarket

I recently went in to have a large chip with cracks repaired. They did a great job, because it is now barely noticeable. I was in and out after having them look at my windshield and collecting the insurance information. The appointment was only 30 minutes long. I would recommend them.

On October 3rd, 2023, I took my Jeep Wrangler to Safelite in Greeley, CO to have its windshield replaced. The stock windshield had a crack form from a chip that I neglected to get fixed. I'd had seven previous chips that were fixed by Greeley Glass Doctor that never resulted in a crack. After reading reviews here on Yelp and comparing prices, I decided to go with Safelite on 10th Street for the windshield replacement. That would turn out to be a mistake. When I showed up, I requested a Mopar (OEM) replacement and Felicity (the lady at the front desk) said that they didn't carry those, but what she had in stock was "just as good as the Jeep brand windshield" it just didn't come with the little embellishments that the Mopar brand had (like the little Jeep in the corner or the grill decal on the top center). I said I didn't mind about the extras, I just wanted a sturdy windshield that would last six years like the original did. She assured me that what they had in stock fit those parameters. The install was quick, like less than an hour quick. And I drove away with a new windshield. A little over a month later on November 12th, we got our first freeze and shortly after turning on my defrost, the windshield cracked from the bottom center up three inches. A half hour later, the crack grew another three to four inches. The next morning before I could make it to the Safelite shop, it split into two cracks and is now working its way to block the driver's view. I took it into Safelite around 9am Monday morning and Felicity was once again working the front desk. She had a technician named Frank go check it out and he took five seconds and said "There's a chip" to Felicity and walked back into the building without taking any time to explain to me at all. I stopped him and asked, "a chip so small that I can't see it, that's underneath my windshield wiper can cause a crack like that?" To which Frank responded with, "yeah, I see it all the time. People drive off our lot and eight hours later their windshield is cracked." Well, that was a huge red flag for me. When the technician working there says that the windshields he installs come back broken within 24 hours "all the time", I made a mental note never to come back to this place again. After Frank's revealing comment, I went back to see if I could see a chip, which I couldn't. I asked Felicity what chip he was talking about, because I couldn't see a chip. So Felicity went back to my windshield and took a photo with her phone. She needed to move my wiper first, as it lays directly above the spot she claimed had the chip. She then showed me her phone where she had to zoom in over 20x magnification (neither of us could see it without the super magnification) to show me a spot in the crack that was wider than the rest. She said, "that's a chip, so there's nothing Safelite can do for you." I asked if Safelite would honor their warranty and Felicity said "no". She told me that managers "don't work on Monday mornings" so all she could do was pass along my phone number to her manager and "maybe" the manager will give me a call. From my first hand experience, Safelite uses subpar aftermarket materials in order to cut corners and save money. The windshields they install don't last longer than 40 days or past the first time you use your heated defrost on a cold day. Then, when it inevitably cracks due to pore craftsmanship or installation, the company employees will simply scoff and refuse to work with you.

We went there to ask how much for glass replacement and Mr.Sterling quickly look at it and not need to replace anything but give us quotes if we come back for any replacement. At 10 minutes he kindly fix and appreciated him for excellent good customer service. BLESS his heart.

The tech was nice and installed it within the hour. After thou I noticed the whole windshield is to the left leaving a huge gap for the rain to get in. My Vin is not centered. My molding is all bent outta shape. Idk how but my interior has black finger prints everywhere. The headliner has knife marks all across the front. My wipers hit the windshield cowl because they insatlled it too low and now it does not fit right with the driver wiper being lower than it was before. Tried to get them to come back out here but I have to claim a warranty? Safelite charges premium prices but does backyard work. The windshield itself has ripples!Makes me so mad that I saved up to get my windshield replaced by them. I was better off anywhere else. Such a waste of money. Will not recommend

I had a horrible experience at this location. First, I was rescheduled THREE times. First time they did not set up the proper appointment as I needed a whole windshield replacement instead of a chip repair as my windshield was heavily damaged. Then a week later they come out and begin the service to tell me the new windshield is defective. They come out a third time another week later begin the service to tell me that the new windshield was defective AGAIN. THEN after they come out again a week later the new windshield was not installed properly as it rained four days later and was leaking water inside my car onto my electronic stereo system. When I called for them to fix the windshield that THEY installed incorrectly they could not get me in until a week later. They were unwilling to compromise, problem solve, or work with me despite me being understanding and patience. I asked since they could not get me in for a whole week if they would give me the curtsey of having a confirmed time instead of the 8am to 6pm window and they said no. Now I have to wait another week with a defective windshield that is severely leaking water. I am hoping it does not ruin my car. I rarely write reviews and I doubt this will do anything given their responses to other reviews but wanted to put this out there so other individuals have a fair warning.

Appointment was easy to make and appreciate the remote service. The tech was nice and installed the windshield in an hour. His tool scraped the paint off of my car, leaving an almost 2 inch long scratch. His manager told him to just fix it with white-out or nail polish. I find that solution disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

They replaced my windshield, but broke the antenna and cover for my sensor and forgot to reattach the windshield washer. They had to send someone else out to make things right, but I am still waiting for them to take care of the sensor cover.
