Put in prescription March 7th. Called every week and nothing (a prescription for sanity Oddly enough haha)I love this Safeway but the pharmacy leaves something to be desired.They told me today that I was next up after I called upset.Squeaky wheel I guess.I won't be going to this pharmacy any longerManager Richard is real nice though

I didn't have the most amazing experience the first time I used this pharmacy but since then every other experience has been very good. I also really appreciate that they automatically refill my dogs RX and have been really good at sending text notifications when it's ready for pickup. Keep up the good work!!

I know I was late in getting my COVID vaccine. I was planning to get it earlier, however I caught the Delta wave before I got the chance. When I got my first shot I asked the administrator if there was any data on the effectiveness for the new variant. He replied “obviously you weren’t very concerned about the other variants!” I thought that was really rude considering he did not have any of my medical history as context. Very unprofessional. I will not return if I can avoid it.

Just left the floral department and got attitude from the associate. What happened to customer service. I was just trying to tell you there was water all over the floor and she had to be rude about it, talking under her breath loud enough that we could hear. Even my son commented that was not necessary, he has more class than her and he's a teenager.

Everytime I go the fruit is moldy specifically the strawberries and the raspberries and last time they had 4 moldy heads of lettuce (last week some time). This last time I went I overheard the staff saying to a customer who was rightfully upset over no cheese how corporate just lets things break instead of giving the store a renovation it desperately needs and currently they have 2 big fridges out. Long lines. Most checkout lanes closed at peak times. Basic items out of stock. Not a great shopping experience!
