This store is so frustrating forget trying to use customer service. They’re either closed or it takes 45 minutes for someone to come up there and help you. Why can’t they hire someone to work the customer service? I never have this problem at King Soopers. There’s always someone there working so you don’t have to try to wave someone down to come up and help you at the customer service desk or be told that sorry customer service is closed today And then the little gas kiosk every time I try to go there to get gas there’s a sign on the door saying will be back at six or at seven or whatever time it is and no one’s ever there no one ever comes back It’s just really lacking in customer service. I think they need to hire some more people or something. It’s always so frustrating.

Been coming here for years now just due to convenience and as of today convenience be damned. This store deserves zero stars. The employees are rude and unhelpful. Many items are expired on the shelves. Worst of all prices consistently ring up different than list price or sale price. Bring this up and they will argue with you and not match their own listed prices. Zero stars

Me and my dog go together everywhere but Target and know Safeway! The only person In Greeley Co. Is the store manager that was working today that is the second time I have this problem.So now I'm only shopping at Walmart and it not just me that is shopping there, I shop for Larry Ackus, kennon Wynn, Corey Johnson,and Debra Johnston.so he lost 5 costumers today .here is my little dog you have probably seen him around.
