Eric the pharmacist isn't good with people. He was rude and was discouraging. We were going to start using this pharmacy because we live close but dealing with their customer service style makes it not worth it.

I’ve always had a great experience coming to this safe way and shopping in store. However the drive up and go service was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:00 so around 5:10pm I pull in to a spot and it says my order is being picked so great I wait and wait and check again and wait some more. My order is still being picked. Mind you not a large Order either. 6:45pm and my order is still not ready. And you know what my order is still being picked from the shelves. Out of the 5 times I've purchased either pickup or delivery groceries in the last 2 months, 5 have included expired items. The point of purchasing items for pickup and delivery is to save time, but it's not very time saving when I have to make trips to other stores to replaced the expired food I get from this Safeway. I continue to try to get groceries here and that's my fault. I will not waste my money here anymore.

My family enjoys grocery shopping. The idea of convenience and layout never seem to work for everyone. This store is always updating or moving items in store for demographics. The best solution is take your time. Employers have a hard time with employees who deal directly with the public. People can be rude and obnoxious. But, the Safeway team needs to realize not everyone is the same. The younger ones need to learn some real lessons about how to deal with customers or store policies. Remember, those people purchasing items pay your salary. So get off your phones and help out once in a while. That goes for obnoxious customers as well.

Never enough cashiers. No I will not use self checkout because I often buy stuff with a discount coupon on it, and since you can't scan those without staff assistance I see self checkout to be useless and quite frankly annoying. Cashier Anita needs to shut up and do her job. And learn to bag groceries. The autistic kid is too slow to bag. If I'm expected to do everything, scan and bag, I want cheaper prices and shorter lines. I have switched to king Soopers after being loyal to Safeway for over 20 years. You guys suck

Their pick up service is awesome. I do not get very many substitutions, and they almost always have the groceries I order. Way to go Safeway!

All the associates here are just rude! All the up to management!! If I’m shopping as a customer or shopping for others most cashiers here are so negative. Every time I go through Anita’s line it takes 5x longer than it should. She walks away from her register constantly. And then she argues with you about weird stuff. Or you can hear her mumbling something rude under her breath. I use to love coming here…

We have shopped at various Safeways for years, but this one has gone down hill.1. Every time we place a pick up order, things are out of stock, but I go in within minutes of it being processed to find everything.2. The last 2 pick up orders I have done I get home and find 15 roughly things missing that we paid for. We call and complain and the workers argue with me that they are out of stock items and we didn’t pay for them. (We did and they are on our receipt).3. I went in to get the things missed, AGAIN on my pick up order and to get my husband’s prescription. My 2 year old was crying and upset as toddlers do. The manager rudely came all the way across the store to tell me that my sons crying is echoing the store. Instead of asking if she can help, she was basically telling us his crying was a sound she didn’t want to hear. Clearly, I was trying to get my stuff, console him and leave. I would have never had to come in if my pick up order was correct the first time.

Rosea that works in the pharmacy need to learn customer service. She needs to talk at the customer not the computer screen. I'm hard of hearing and have a hearing aids. There is absolutely no reason to be rude to me!

I am not one to leave reviews, but my experience shopping today was extremely uncomfortable and left me very upset. I was checking out my groceries in self check out and an older woman with short blonde hair stood about 3 feet away from me hovering the entire time. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and as though she was watching to see if I was stealing. There was no need for her to stand so close to me, I called her out on it and she said she was just standing by for help. That’s not how it came across and I am disappointed because I do majority of my shopping here and spend a lot of money. Likely will not be returning after this experience. I feel extremely humiliated by her doing this and felt discriminated and profiled.

Caution!!!!!! apparently you can not take your cart outside so be prepared to carry all the groceries. Hurt my wrist when the cart locked up on my way out and in pain still had to carry everything out to my car

We shop at this store all the time and the employees are always very helpful. Today we thought we had a $50 coupon clipped on our account and didn't. They patiently worked with us, and we worked it out.
