Never had an issue until this week when I put in for a refill Monday morning and opted for mail delivery as it’d always been fast. By Wednesday I hadn’t received a text it’d been shipped so I called. Guy said I would have it that day or Thursday but I could stop by for a couple days’ dose. I should have, because today (Thursday) the script still hadn’t been delivered. Drove out to the pharmacy. The guy who said I could have a few doses wasn’t there. The little girl at the counter was a snot and said I shouldn’t have used mail delivery. You want to blame this on me for using a service your employer offers, fine. But trying to get a few days’ dose was like pulling teeth. It’s an antidepressant, not a narcotic, and it’s not some precedent to provide a couple of doses if something goes sideways. The pharmacist should know damn well you can’t cut that cold turkey. Finally pried one dose out. On the way home got a text saying the script had shipped. Tracking said it was picked up today from the pharmacy. Not Monday. If you can’t be decent and work with people, the least you can do is not go into health care. Transferring my scripts.

Im actually shocked by the bad reviews I've been going here for 5 years and never had a problem. It can definitely take a while but I feel like they are understaffed and always very busy. The staff has always been extremely kind and taken great care of me

I left another pharmacy because I needed a specific brand (not generic) and the other pharmacy was not able to provide. I made it very clear to Safeway's pharmacy and they said they would be able to fulfill that prescription with that brand. When you pick up your prescriptions, they drop them in a bag -staple it shut with your receipt and ask if you have any pharmacists questions. You don't actually see the bottle or the packaging. I didn't and I tucked it away until it was time to use it. Unfortunately I was stockpiled a little and had a couple of prescriptions tucked away. I trusted that they were doing the job that they said they would do. I was wrong to trust them. Then the pharmacist (Jeremy). actually told me to go back to The original pharmacy I transferred from and refused to give me my money back... rude and unprofessional.

Place was awful. Woman told me to fill out paperwork and sit in the waiting room. After an hour she comes back with an attitude and said that she needed me to bring my paperwork back to the counter or she won’t help me. After I was told explicitly to wait in the room. Then after another 30 minutes waiting I only got one of the two vaccines I booked for and was told “you have to refill out paperwork and wait again to get the second. Even though I asked for 2 vaccines and wrote them down on my paperwork. Will not be coming back awful service

I scheduled a vaccine earlier this week when I showed up they didn’t have it available. I was told the online service schedules all appointments without checking if the vaccine is available. Pharmacy staff was nice and tried to find another location but were unable to find one. If I had known they weren’t available I could have went somewhere else. Now I have to try to find one last minute.

I was doing my Sunday grocery shopping, a young couple came in with their Great Dane dog, Not marked as a service/therapy dog. The dog barked at customers as they were shopping. This was very intimidating and when I approached the supervisor I was told if the dog is not threatening or “misbehaving”, they are allowed in the store. I will not shop at this store any time soon or recommend this facility to others.

My first and last visit to this pharmacy. Eric seemed void of customer service skills and was quite rude when I arrived to pick up my prescription. Not sure if he was a pharmacist or simply a part time cashier. I left without the rx and will get it filled elsewhere.

I wanted to shout out my girl River in the floral department!! Long story short, I'm getting married tomorrow and the woman that was supposed to make my bouquet bailed on me LAST NIGHT. I walked in there this morning and River took the best care of me! I picked out a few bouquets from the sales floor and she showed me some add-ins from her shipment so I snagged a few of those too. She created the most beautiful wedding bouquet and boutonnières for me and I couldn't have been so thankful! She was super sweet and literally gave me the best service ever-especially for me coming in so last minute! Before I left, I told her that she is my new go-to person when I need arrangements and I can't wait to see what else she creates for me in the future!
