Explain how you sell weave bonding glue Remover, but not weave bonding glue.. what type of rock is the purchasing manager smoking? Is it crack or meth, because you gotta be on something hard. And the other store sells weave but not weave glue. You are the closest thing to a black hair supply in a 1 hour radius.. get it together..

While I know there are some bad reviews on here, I have to say anytime I have gone into Sally’s there is a girl with blonde hair that is always helping. Today when I came in she took the time to patiently and ever so kindly help an old lady with makeup and hair, and gave great advice without making the old lady feel bad about asking. Right after she checked her out, she approached me to ask if I was doing okay. She answered all my questions, she took the time to correctly color swatch me (even asked me to look to confirm) to make sure I got the right color, but she also recommended me the best brand and developer. She truly was amazing, patient and kind, and I couldn’t thank her more. I am sorry I don’t know her name!

I've shopped here a lot over the years, and the service and stock is rather hit or miss. It would very nice to have more consistency.

It would be nice if the employees are gonna help by giving advice of what the customer should use....that they actually know what their talking about. I went in for help they gave me a toner to use that would fix my problem it made it worse. I lost alot of hair as well. I paid lots of money with the dye, plus toners just to have to re- dye it back to my hair. Uts very disappointing!!!!

My first time at this Sally's Beauty. The employees were so helpful and friendly. The store was clean and organized. I will definitely being go back. I recommend this store.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. If i could give this place a lower rating I would. The manager is extremely rude everytime. I will be taking my business elsewhere and informing my friends and family to do the same.
