I love Sherwin Williams paints, but the service and experience at this store has been frustrating. Prices and promotions at times are not visible around the store and on merchandise. Staff was uncommunicative, unclear, disinterested, and rude at times. Had to come twice in a day to get the paint I wanted and was very frustrated with the staff running the store.

Google said I could come and get Wallpaper here. They do not have any wallpaper in the store.

I work with all the employees at this store many times a week. Everyone here has gone out of there way to be kind courteous and professional! Shout out to Shannon, Bernice, Nick, Lucas, and anyone I have forgotten! You guys all rock! 10 stars!

I am constantly remodeling rooms in my home and have used many different kinds of paint. Last year I hired a new contractor who only uses Sherwin Williams paint. The quality of this paint is visibly noticeable and the color selection is great. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking high quality and excellent value.

The staff at this store was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Even in the midst of a global paint shortage they went out of their way to help us find what would work best for us. The paint quality is excellent as well!

Went to Sheriwin Williams Greeley Co to buy ceiling paint that was supposed to be on sale . Have bought it many times before. Loved the paint . But they didn’t have that paint . It seems like it just a way to get you to the store. I’m tried of going someplace and getting a run around . If you can’t get the products that are on sale or given a rain check , DON’Tadvertise they’re on sale . This is the second time at this store we’ve had a problem with that . Don’t know if it’s the management or the help . NOT a good store on 10th in Greeley.

Really need to work on Customer service skills. Walked in today on Christmas Eve to buy 8 gallons. The dark haired guy was rude and was not going to assist. Walked out the door and went to Lowe's which carries the Sherwin Williams brand for half the cost. Money was not the problem but customer service is everything.
