I pulled in to park at the 1000 35th Avenue location in Greeley, CO at 11:40am on Sunday 1/28/2024. I very rarely go to this store. Upon pulling in on the North side off of 10th Street and exiting my car I realized I was in a handicapped spot. I got back in my car and pulled around to the east side. Because the paint for the handicapped spot is barely visible and there were no other signs on the store wall stating it was handicapped it was difficult to see. When I entered the store I greeted the employee "Don" with a hello and he immediately commented on my driving (after seeing me move from the handicapped to another spot) and no other cordial greeting. I asked if he was the manager and he stated he was the weekend manager. I stated that it is important to have accessible parking marked clearly and he stated that "I wouldn't have made you move." and "I've worked here for years and never had someone use that spot who was handicapped." I told him that I would never park there since I'm not handicapped. I was shocked that he would recommend that I do so since it is illegal. He stated that he had worked there for 2 years and management would "never fix it". This is so disheartening especially for those who may clearly need the accessibility. I then proceeded to the soda fridge to retrieve a Diet Dr. Pepper. This product was not available and when I asked this same attendant he said "they haven't delivered Diet Dr. Pepper for a year." This was disappointing as well since I immediately went down the street to 7-11 and they were fully stocked with the product. These two situations are clear indication of poor management. Please rectify the accessibilty issue immediately. I will not be returning to this store.

Their employees are scamming kids out of money right now. And when you call to see what is going on not only will the employee (there's been two different ones) not let u talk but they will then disrespect you and hang up ... And then when you try to go talk to them about scamming your child and pocketing the money they will lock the doors. I've reported them for theft. Do not let your kids go here alone

I'm a regular customer. Gas prices are competitive, sometimes the lowest. The pumps are clean, the pumping area is always clean. No oil and grease spots to look out for. Fluid is always there with paper towels. The convenience store is well managed and exceptionally clean, with an adequate selection. Highly recommended.

Never have I experienced a gas pump so slow at pumping. I was gonna get a full tank but because it pumped so slow I got half a tank. Aint nobody got time for that!

Every time I go to this location none of the employees are wearing mask!! This needs to be addressed. We are in a pandemic and they don’t seem to care nor does management!!
