Worst place ever the lady messed up my nieces hair who is 15 by the way her hair is spotty and ORANGE she had so much breakage to the point where the lady was like "let me cut off your split ends" no lady you butchered her hair left her looking horrible to the point where she is being bullying school!!!!!!! I messed up my kids hair before picture day when he wouldn't sit still and she made his hair look great! But did have an appointment and had to wait an hour later than scheduled I'm not sure if it was just some mis communication but there was a perm before us and thoes do take a while.

Very unprofessional, went to get my eyebrows waxed and it was very rushed. The wax also got onto my hair and there was wax left on my eyebrows when i left. Not only that but my eyebrows look terrible! If you want to get your eyebrows waxed i wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Went to my scheduled appointment but the hair stylist wasn't there. She could have called me, txt, but I received nothing. The stylist that was there was very busy on her phone and could schedule me for NEXT WEEK hahaha, now that I picture them and their hair I'm happy I dodged that bullet.

I walk in to make an appointment or to find when they are available.After spending several minutes at their front counter, not noticed or seen, I looked around for indicators of where to stand, instructions, a QR code to the website I needed to go to, anything.Then I left, unnoticed still, to my car and called to make an appointment. No one answered, despite me leaving and hearing a conversation within the salon. Even if this location is understaffed, there is no excuse for precautions not being made within the store to avoid a poor user experience. I will be locating a business that's willing to put forth more effort into accommodating it's customers.-EDIT: I have no interest in communicating with your management as I am not an employee nor have interest in any form of employment outside of my current employer. As a customer with heavy Quality Assurance experience, I simply wanted to call attention to an issue that can be proactively resolved. If this cannot be done via internal means, then it is not considered high enough priority to proactively make accommodations for the customer (for example, I've already given plenty of ideas for free such as; Indicators of where to stand so that employee's can maintain a watchful eye on a single location, A note or poster with instructions for business operations, QR code to a website in order to make an appointment...). I felt the need to assist this business improve because no one is perfect. I do not intend to spend more of my time engaging with individuals whose responsibility is to make these accommodations and adapt with the ever changing market. I wish you the best and we shall see what the future holds.
