I wish there were zero stars so I wouldn't give any, the manager was very rude and despotic, when we wanted to solve the problem and he ignored us and even threw away the tablet that they use, obviously we will not return to that place, they should provide training so that they have better dealings with the client, what a gift we are not going to ask for

A friendly representative helped me get set up with Home Internet and work through an issue we had with my service address. The store location, however, is in kind of a sketchy part of town.

Zero stars if i could. You guys need a different store manager. If he treats customers bad I can Only imagine his employees. Arjan literally the worst customer service and so rude for what? I work with customers everyday at my job and definitely don't treat them like that.I was explaining my phone situation and he literally told me "come back when you have more money and can afford a phone" mind you I have a line with them already. An iPhone 14 he Was literally so rude, And so unprofessional. And sent me on my way with a prepaid phone that barely works. I Pay 125 a month for you guys to be rude. No thank you I'll be going back to metro pcs.

Absolute joke and you should avoid at all cost. Purchased a new iPhone and was unable to transfer my iCloud account so I came in the store, after the manager rudely directed me to do. In the middle of him troubleshooting it, without resolving the issue, he just leaves. I ended up sitting there for another two hours with no luck. 8pm rolls around and the senior employee Alexandra, gets irritated and disrespectful with me, and starts closing up the store and essentially tells me there’s nothing she can do. Not once did anyone pick up and phone tech support or call T-Mobile and ask for guidance. Their only focus was closing on time on a Friday night. I’m sitting here with a brand new $1200 piece of technology that I can’t even use. Steer clear

It isn't the store I'm unhappy with, it's the company. They advertise one thing. Then say it's only if you spend more on this or that. In my opinion, it's false advertising. I won't do business with liars & I believe that's exactly what they are. I spent countless hours for three months on the phone with at least 25 different people in customer service. I'd request a supervisor who would tell me, on numerous occasions, I made a legitimate complaint & I would get my "free" phone. I was told, "not to worry", they would take care of it & call me again the next day. I never received a single call or the phone they advertised as free. Besides, their internet gives apx 56kbps download in rural areas if & when it works. That isn't enough to open a web page, let alone stream a movie. They say it's being fixed but never is. Not an honorable company, "as advertised".

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER, so bad that I ported my number back to my former carrier just to avoid ever needing assistance from this location. Rude, condescending, smug and told me my current problem was because I "didn't go to a store for proper information, the store employees are the ones that get the money and solve the problems, so next time, don't do this over the phone, go to a store first"....I'll keep my home internet, but will keep my current cell provider where it is now...DO BETTER T MOBILE! Your store employees are terrible!

Gilly was amazing to work with at the 11th Ave location!! My fiancé and I literally came in for new screen protectors for our iPhones, and walked out with 2 new Apple Watch SE's. He was super fun, VERY respectful & was able to answer all of our questions. We have always had bad interactions with anyone we worked with at the store on 23rd Ave & will never go back, I'm very happy we gave another store a shot a few years ago, because they are the reason why we stayed, and why we love T-Mobile!

One of THE most disappointing phone centers we've ever been in! We will NEVER go back. Staff was 4 young people and their interests were not to help people who spent hundreds of dollars there....but to get you out of their hair so they could visit together! We are STILL trying to get all of our stuff transferred to the new phone. They did ZERO for us! As seniors, I know we are not as tech savvy...which is all the more reason they should have been in our corner to help. It was sad.

The service is like the provider in general, bad, unreliable and infuriating until you decide to switch provider. I'm thinking about going back to cricket and leave ?t mobile behind.

They force you to go to store when you should be able to handle through mail. After I posted this review the manager, Pedro, called me and in retaliation for sending this bad review refused to follow through with my phone return. I called t-mobile customer support and complained about his actions. They are sending me a receipt for the returned phone and will follow up on my complaint about the managers behavior. Oddly enough they are also sending me return labels which I no longer need and asked for repeatedly in trying to resolve this through mail. I can only hope that Pedro will be reprimanded for his inexcusable behavior.
