I would give a better review if it wasn't for your drive thru attendants awkwardly handing me a card reader while I am in my vehicle to ask for a tip before I recieve my order. I would highly suggest suspending that practice, I assure you no customer likes that!

The service at this location was terrible. Terrible customer service and the ladies working there had no sense of urgency. The price of the beverages should reflect the customer service and it clearly does not.

Ryan and his staff are efficient and friendly. I frequent this location and actually go out of my way to go to this store because everyone here is so awesome! Thank you for making my mornings a little brighter! If you encounter Mikaela, you won't be able to stop yourself from smiling!

Very rude service on 11/12 , and the cashier tipped herself and closed the window on me when I asked about my drink. I will no longer be going to this starbucks.

Was just here in the drive thru Terrible customer service, rushed me ordering. Then got my drinks wrong. Very fake voice & attitude just ruins the experience for everyone. All I gotta say is if you don’t like your job and working in customer service then work in a different line of work.

I got an alert on my phone that one of my accounts was overdrawn. When I went and looked as to why. I saw where I was charged $10.81 twenty one times!!! I called the store and spoke with the manager names Ryan who said there is nothing he can do. I am basically out $217.20!!! Which is $10.81 ×20! Since I only wanted to pay for my 1 cup of coffee! I called corporate who said that a supervisor would be working on my case and should have a resolution in 3-5 days. Then I will have more $35 overdraft fees. Which they are also going to pay for. Now I am contacting my attorney, because this one cup of coffee that has now become the world's most expensive cup of coffee is going to end up costing them a lot of money!!! Had the customer service been better I would not have had to resort to contacting my attorney! Be careful when going to this Starbucks and using your debit card!!! Maybe avoid this store entirely!

Just like what everyone else is saying NEVER make the drinks right and get dumb when you ask for it the way you wanted. Rudest people that work there. If you don’t want to make coffee go somewhere else with that negative energy!! Won’t be going there anymore :)

People who work at this location are rude and they never make my drink the way I asked. I'm tired of getting charged extra for things I asked for and them not paying attention to the details. I know it's not the person taking the order it's the ones making it. As my cup always states on it what I ordered extra. My Fraps always taste like burnt coffee I'm so over this location

Drinks always hit different but the people aren't really my thing, they're very nice and talkative but sometimes it might be a tiny bit too much :')
