I’ve lived here since 2002 when my husband and I moved in. Today management isn’t all that good. Snow removal rarely happens, upkeep on grounds around the area is atrocious.

Nice lay out. Easy to negative. clean, nice park and community center. At the north end of Greeley.

I come through to pick up people I know who live here, and hate how staff and workers treat myself and others. People who live here are great though and it is very nice to see such a great community pop up!! 3 stars because of staff and workers nothing else.
