I spoke with Teresa the assistant manager about my phone not charging. SHE Said bring it in, any of our team associates will help you! MARIO, has helped me several before, quick efficient knowledgeable, checked that we had ins. Warranty, and Got me hooked up with a new phone Within 6 bus. Days. BOOM DONE! he said you'll receive texts to track it, however the issue was it wouldn't charge. AND MADE IT SOUND LIKE I WAS GIVING IT A DARN CORONARY EVENT!! as I need the phone charged, he fixed the issue. MADE SURE IT WAS CHARGING, AND helped my husband out also!! I LOVE AND HIGHLY RECOMNEND CENTER PLACE T-MOBILE.. Every single time they come through and with a smile!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on 11/11!

I went to the T-mobile in centerpiece where I was "helped" by Cameron. Who asked for my phone# and name. THEN asked for my driver's license to "verify my information " , it was expired so he couldn't take it (however if you're verifying that it's me this had all the info needed) just so happens I had my passport CARD with me.. they couldn't accept THAT but could accept the paper version... what is the difference¿ both are government issued id's. So I switched to Verizon. When I needed a pin a different women helped me and took my old driver's license. Now I need to cancel the watch but need to go into the store to get my pin # ....so fu T-mobile. You're horrible customer service. I DON'T ADVISE YOU USeTMOBILE. Very unhelpful. UnorganizedUpdate after a NEW Bill arriving today for 377.61 i called customer service in which they couldn't help me without a pin and I needed to go in and get a pin. When I arrive she told me to call a # when I informed her that I talked to customer service and was told to come in she THEM made a call. After 15 minutes I was told they couldn't give me a pin as my service was no longer with them and there was nothing they could do. So no you don't have HIGH customer service standards.

"Pedro" I believe his name was. Me and my wife went in to get screen protectors, we weren't rude in any way and not once could the associate make eye contact, be friendly or have a better attitude. Not very good customer service.

If you need to get a new plan, phones or want to know what deals are available ask for Cameron! We had a few technical difficulties but Cameron took care of it all from start to finish! He is knowledgeable and will work to get you the best options! It’s was nice to get great customer service!

Theresa helped me get my new phone set up when I had lost my Google password. She was absolutely amazing and skilled and kept at it until she got it to work! I would give her a 10 for customer service and the store great marks for quick help despite how busy they were!!

There customer service at this location is like T Mobiles service, it’s trash they never have anything I need or paid for in stock and all I get is you can drive to our other locations to see if they have it, I shouldn’t have to drive around looking for what I just paid for at that store, or we can order it and have it shipped to you, ok waited 2 months for it not to show up.

Returned a business internet router as the service slowed down significantly at 4PM everyday all evening. They didn't return it correctly causing multiple hours of calls over multiple months to keep correcting the faulty charges. Luckily I insisted I get a return receipt at the store, that was the only saving grace.

T-Mobile stole $260. out of my bank account and won't refund it. I HAVE NEVER HAD A T-MOBILE ACCOUNT, BUT YET THEY TELL ME NOTHING BUT LIES AND WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. SOMEHOW THEY AUTOMATICALLY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT AND KNOW THAT I DO NOT HAVE A T-MOBILE ACCOUNT. A BUNCH OF THIEVES. I REPORTED THEM TO MY BANK AS A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. IF THIER REPRESENTATIVES COULD UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH THEY TRY TO SPEAK, OR CONTACT THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO POST THIS. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.

Walked in waited quite awhile, not one person said hi. It’s like we were invisible. I mean a simple “one moment” SOMETHING would have been fine even if there was a wait. Found it incredibly rude. I saw them do it to two others who walked in as well. We came in to get new phones and phone plans to switch from our current phone company, we ended up walking across the street to Verizon to sign up, they greeted us right away and they were busy too! I think Verizon is a tad bit more expensive from what I saw but clearly you get what you pay for.
